Great nutritional value and great value for money
I have purchased these a few times before and will continue to use. They are great sprinkled on cereal in a morning and can be also added to soups and stews. Highly recommend and are really good for you!

Really tasty
These are really rasty seeds. I dry toadt them in a pan and add them to everything.. salads, granola, stews, roasts. They are very healthy, but toast them to release the goodness.

I wanted to get some black sesame powder, but couldn't find some so I bought this to make my own.I toasted it and put it in the grinder, it left with the perfect fragrance black sesame powder. It smells and tasted so nice with yogurt. Highly recommend
