Este ejercitador de manos es muy bueno ya que ofrece una buena resistencia para cualquier persona, es barato y simple de usar, yo lo utilizo al ver alguna película o la televisión.El único detalle que le puedo poner es que los agarres son un poco rudos y si tienes manos suaves, te podrían salir ampollas.
