Perfect Fit and Worth Buying the Original HexClad Lid
This lid fits perfectly and feels like a high-quality addition to my HexClad cookware. 1. Fit: fits my 10-inch HexClad and 12-inch hexclad cookwares perfectly 2. Fits like a glove
I have gone through four different lids trying to find one that fits my T-fal 10" pan. The pan is a little over 10", so I've had a hard time finding a lid that actually fits. This one fits just right. I think it's worth the $25. The quality is great, and the handle is comfortable to use. The vent hole also helps get rid of the water that builds up on the lid, so it doesn't end up splattering all over my oven. It's very light and easy to use. After using this lid, I could definitely see myself using a lid more often when cooking.

Solved problems for our D5 frying pans
VERY happy with! The 10" lid fit fairly well on our Allclad D5 10-inch frying pan. We next bought the 12" lid. It also fit fairly well on our Allclad D512-inch frying pan. Please know that it's not a perfect custom fit but certainly close enough. We wanted to be able to steam meat and fish dishes as well as contain any spraying splatters. The lids work perfectly for that. What we also cared about was to have at least a small hole to release excess steam venting. And we especially needed clear glass to see how the cooking progress was going. All problems solved.
