Super delicious! I'm on my third bottle of this. It typically lasts me 3-4 years, well beyond the "best by" date. For such a high quality oil, I find it to be a good value. It smells and tastes heavenly. It's a perfect size for my use. Sometimes I keep it in the refrigerator to help preserve it, since I don't use that much of it that often. But it keeps pretty well in a non-refrigerated cabinet, if you prefer. We love this in a sauce/marinade I make with soy sauce, rice vinegar, freshly microplaned ginger, minced/planed garlic, mirin (or sake & a little bit of added sugar). It's delicious on fish, chicken, or just about anything you can think of. The savory flavor of the toasted sesame oil really elevates it. Be aware that toasted sesame oil doesn't have a very high smoke point, and high heat destroys the delicate flavor anyway. Keep the heat down, or add a little bit more after removing from heat.

The smell and flavor is very different from olive oil, so it gives you e perception of completely different dressing if you substitute your regular olive oil with this one sometimes. This is our new favorite brand of toasted sesame oil. It has lots of flavor and a great aroma. The price is very good for a large bottle like this. We use it when making Korean BBQ at home. Great on beef, pork, and chicken. I don't think toasted sesame oil can be used at really high heat so we usually just drizzle at the end or use it in marinades. The bottle/container is really cute too!

I have gotten this sesame oil many times and it is great quality. The value for the 16 ounce size is wonderful. Taste great and makes Asian dishes especially Taste very good.

The oil doesn't have a strong toasted flavor... it's not much different than a regular sesame oil.
