Yes, this may be cut very easily with a pair of regular scissors or with a box blade, if you prefer.

Q: What would be a rough estimate on size of hole, 1/8” square or ¼” square. I don’t know what 18 x 16 is? Is it small like screening on my windows? I

18 x 16 means ..the number of holes per inch. So...much smaller than 1/8 inch. Actually 1/16" x 1/18".

The holes are small enough to keep the fruit flies out. This product is definitely worth the purchase.
