I was skeptical when buying this because of the few bad reviews I've seen, but I'm so glad I bought it anyway !! The packaging was very nice, no damage at all although I got the ''your package may be lost'' message for a day or two .. it arrived just before Christmas day. It was a day late but I didn't mind. It came with a fluffy storage bag for the straightener, two hair clips for layering, a heat protection glove and a mini hairbrush. One thing I love about it is the way the wire rotates depending on how you move or bend the straightener so it's more comfortable to use, pretty long in length too but has a wire organiser attached to it so it can be shortened if needed. Very straight forward usage, one power button to turn on, and two buttons to decrease and increase the heat, with five blue lights indicating how high the temperature is. Heats up quickly and acts exactly like a hairbrush. Straightened my hair in less than ten minutes ! 10/10 fully recommend, this thing beats the regular straighteners by miles.

Okay, first of all, WOW. Before anyone gets too excited, here’s some context: I have 4a/3c hair and it’s relaxed. I used this straightening comb to achieve a silk press, and I was genuinely impressed. My hair came out smooth, soft, and silky, and most importantly, I didn’t have to go over the same section repeatedly. The heat distribution is great, it glides easily through the hair, and it cuts styling time significantly. My hair stayed sleek without feeling dry or fried. If you’re looking for a straightening tool that actually works on textured hair and delivers salon-quality results at home, this is definitely worth it and pretty decent for the money

I really like it, it wade my wavy frizzy hair nice and straight, it didn’t leave any grease or anything, I didn’t get burnt.Only thing is that when I put it on the highest temperature, it does make some slight smoke, but maybe that’s my heat protectant other than that, I will be taking this with me on vacation cause it’s not heavy and a good size.

My order arrived today, was very sceptical, but I have to say I'm very impressed, I have thick curly, frizzy hair usually use GHD straighteners which leave my hair dry and snapping at the ends. This product has left my hair feeling softer and took half the time.

I expected a lot from this the way it was promoted ! It does not straighten hair through one pass ! It can catch your hair too! It’s not easy to pass through thick hair It does straighten but not to the quality it shows ! The gloves are great and are needed so you do not burn your hand ! The back get hot so they should have given a heat mat to rest it on ! I personally think this was all hype !

Unfortunately, this straightener is not suitable for 4C hair. It does not glide through the hair like a comb, so it doesn’t properly detangle or grip the hair as you straighten it. Because of this, it doesn’t straighten the hair easily and requires multiple passes with poor results. I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with thick, tightly coiled 4C hair.

I wanted to see the hype was about this product. I have thick naturally wavy hair so it had a challenge on its hands. What I found was: - with the settings you have to press the power to highlight the how hot you wanted it. The indicator will flash to say its warming up. - the brush part does get warm but not too hot to touch. - took 2 sweeps to straighten one section. (For my thick hair) - the brush part separates the hair and straightens as it goes saving you that added task. - doesn't leave hair 'greasy' looking once it cools. I find with some plate straighteners it can make it greasy looking. - it does get hot on the top (where their logo is). So don't touch that and have to be careful when you position the brush when straightening. - when you have straightened hair and switched off its difficult to wedge against something to cool down as the top is very hot. Maybe put on a heat mat.... something they can maybe include? Overall it didn't take too long to straighten hair, which can take 40mins normally with my GHDs. I would recommend.

At first I was very skeptical about buying it or not as the price was also higher than other straightening brushes bt when I used it I realised it's a magical product it straights in one pass and the quality is also very good for thick hair it also works wonders and the hair stays that way until u wah the second time it's total value for money and very easy to use
