Very poor quality. The silver trim pieces are bent! They do not lay flat against the pink. When I opened the box, it seemed to be new... but there were smusges of dirt on the corners and even something that looked to be hot glue strings on the side, those came off when I cleaned it ... but the scratches did not. But I shouldnt have to clean something brand new. I sell antiques, and those are cleaned before I sell them.... I ordered a cosmetic case, shouldnt the "cosmetics" of the case be, cosmeticality pretty perfect?Low quality built case.When I emailed the company, they told me it was filled by Amazon nothing they could do, I have to email Amazon.As an online shop owner myself, I strive for my customers to be happy, even if the item in my own shop, belongs to someone else.Pretty dissatisfied.They regained some stars.. They responded back with a few options I could choose from. Thank you.
