These vitamins were east to swallow and helped my joints and circulation. I didn't have any pain after a couple treatments.

The 2600mg Tumeric Circumin Supplement arrived at my house quickly with no problems (2days). I had just run out of another brand that helped with my arthritis but I was looking for a better product; one that helped ease the aches and pains a little bit better. I went without the supplement for a couple of days and that's when I knew for sure that the other product helped but was not strong enough. After I received this product and took 4 capsules a day for two days (2 at breakfast and 2 at supper) I could really tell the difference and I had no side effects. As of this review, I'm about half way through the bottle and will order this product again. I recommend it to anyone with arthritis. Amazon Prime member.

I have taken other brands' and this one is as great or better than them. At first sign(s) of pain or aches in my lower back area, that is when I take turmeric to help my pain subside. The effect is not instant but, within a day or two, the pain is gone. Turmeric helps with inflammation so, healing the inflammation will ease and/or eliminate the pain!Every now and then my back pain occurs again due to my bad posture or other factors and I immediately take turmeric for 2-3 days and it has always helped with making the pain go away.These capsules are easy to swallow just like any others. There is no aftertaste to it. I know the color looks like curry powder but, they are fine with regards to odor and taste.

My first bottle was lost in the mail (Amazon refunded) and I've ordered a second bottle. This is a high dose turmeric with 650mg per pill. The marketing for the bottle is a little misleading saying it's 2600mg, the serving size is 4 pills, so 650mg per pill. But 650mg is still a high dose. The added pepper is wise as it helps with absorption. I wouldn't take a turmeric pill without pepper. Made in the US and 3rd party tested is also a plus. I feel this is a clean turmeric pill and worth trying.

My teenage son has an autoimmune disease that can cause joint pain. He hasn’t had too many issue with it, but he’s been on turmeric for the most part. I did not purchase another bottle once it ran out to see if there was a difference. I told him yesterday to pay attention for any changes as he hasn’t had it in about 3 weeks. Apparently he had noticed that his entire hand was hurting the other day for no other reason. Time to buy another bottle! I should also add that he was only taking 3 a day instead of the 4 they recommend.
