It is A very sturdy and efficient filter, I can go 2 months with one filter, usually I would have to change it every 3to 4 week's. And no decline in clean water clear tank. I can go 6 months on three filters instead of 3 months on 343 and it's a great money Savior and the fish are happy cuz the water is super clean I love this product and we're gladly recommend it it's also very quiet filter system the quality is for the money is fantastic it's a very good filter system

Beware, what I got in the mail is NOT what was pictured! I received some off brand package. The filter was much thinner a flaking. Also, the charcoal continually leaks out. I rinsed it as always, but the water coming off never cleared. You may get lucky and get what is pictured. However, if you don't you will end up with a garbage filter replacement. Highly disappointed!

after using a few of these, they appear to be packed with the granular type charcoal and it takes a lot of running water to get it clean. the last time i ordered this type cartridge, don't remember from who, the cartridge had the pellet type charcoal. much cleaner. will be careful to ask questions next time.

Bought to have backup replacements for my filter when the cartridge needs changing. Not a bad price but the title needs to be changed. You don't get 9. You get 3. It is misleading but I knew that the price would be too good to be true for 9 filters. The filters themselves seem to do a good job at keeping the tank clean as well.

I purchased these thru Amazon for less then $6.00 for a three pack. I have a year supply for $21.00.Every other HOB filter company needs to take look. This filter and it's supplies are the best. You will not be disappointed. I added the Fluval Ceramic Disc and it is as good as a canister filter. Ops. Did I say That?

The first filter that came with the whole unit worked great. Ran clear immediately but the ones in the replacement pack do not. The charcoal continually runs out and the water does not clear! I'm not sure what I'm going to do but I can not use these period!

3 stars because it is full of the carbon. Cheap, but you have to rinse and rinse for a good long while to get ALL black out or it'll change your tank. Very time consuming. Different and I'm assuming I'll have to change more frequently because it doesn't have same pellets but we'll see.

Worst filter ever !!! Won’t run clear naked your take very grey the charcoal is to small falls out and goes everywhere!! WILL NOT PURCHASE THIS ORODUCY EVER AGAIN !!
