I love the beautiful wraparound design of these sunglasses and i like that they're polarized. but do they have built-in 100% uv protection?

Polycarbonate plastics by nature filter 100% of UV light with no special treatments or applications. So yes, all models offer 100% UV protection. The other responses are incorrect. Google polycarbonate UV to verify and learn more. Polarization, on the other hand, does require a coating or other method to implement, and it's less common on inexpensive sunglasses.

Do they fit over prescription glasses?

Sadly, they did fit over my Ray Bans
