I wish I had purchased gummies instead of the pill. Although it does work, I have to cut the pill in half in order to swallow it. I take 4 prescriptions and 7 supplements on a daily basis so I typically don't have an issue with oral medications. But again, the product works and the price was good too.

I literally cannot live without this stuff!! I have severe acne and nothing helps me. I am 36 but the situation with the face of mine doesn't change!! If you live in an area of heavy marijuana use, or spend a lot of time on the road, zinc gluconate is the best form of zinc to reduce brain fog and brain changes from secondhand marijuana smoke/vape. These caplets are a little tough to swallow, but effective. Take with juice or at least definitely avoid swallowing with carbonated beverages.

I like to say this is the only place that I could find that had the zinc tablets. It was a good thing that I found out that amazon carries it. The order was quick and easy to get and arrived on time.

These do not really have a flavor. Since I've been taking these [Over 3 years now] I have never had a cold. I used to get colds 2 or 3 times a year. A placebo wouldn't be this effective if at all.
