Poison Idea's 1990 classic Feel The Darkness album has been remixed and remastered and is now available on a 2 LP Set which also includes singles, B-sides, some choice covers and outtakes featuring the classic lineup of Jerry A, Pig Champion, Myrtle Tickner, Mondo and Thee Slayer Hippy.

Not the Feel the Darkness you think
The album is still as fresh as it was in 1990. The reissue is nice. The only bummer is the alternate version of “feel the darkness” is not the version that was on the bonus flexi that came with Blank Blackout Vacant. I was disappointed that the label could not procure that version. Probably Taang’s fault.

Brutal, angry and essential,
My god this is an incredible album! The Badge, Alan's On Fire, Plastic Bomb, so many classics on one album! Coming across like the true heirs to Black Flag, these guys really kicked some major ass in the early 90's at a time when Hardcore was truely dying not just because of fairly mediocre music, but because of scene violence and the unfortunate increase in (...) skinheads to the shows. So thank god for Posion Idea who virtually rejuvenated the scene. This along with follow-up album War all the time go down as Hardcore classics. (...)

Poison Idea's best
The kings of punk really hit thier stride on this one.Easily one of the greatest punk records of all time.Seamlessly combining hooks,speed,crunch,and emotion,this record is the crown jewel in this band's rich catalogue.Thier other albums are also great,but this is the place to start.Worth the price ,and thats rare these days.Reach out and FEEL THE DARKNESS.

A mio giudizio il disco migliore che abbiano mai fatto. Devastante dall'inizio alla fine. Da avere nella propria collezione per gli amanti del hardcore/punk.Ho dovuto ricomprarlo in cd perché oramai la copia in vinile acquistata all'epoca della sua uscita era logora a forza di essere suonata sul mio stereo.FONDAMENTALE!!!
