The media could not be loaded.  (CHECK BELOW FOR UPDATED REVIEW)My original delivery came with the oil from the compressor completely leaked out all over the internal components and inside the packaging. Obviously since the compressor didn't have the oil it needed to work, the compressor didn't run. The fan worked, and I'm glad to see that the compressor didn't create problems (idk what can happen when a compressor doesn't have its oil, but no problems caused at all), it just didn't run. So i basically received a giant, low speed fan covered in oil haha.However, after starting a return, the seller contacted me and offered me a replacement without needing to return. I had an issue with that offer that's too long a story to explain here but they helped me fix that issue very easily and my new unit is on the way to me now via the same shipping speed. Thanks for a pleasant after sales service! The seller said that they have already notified the manufacturer to fix this issue, and they will be doing more rigorous quality control for all future manufacturing runs.UPDATE:The first replacement had the exact same issue as the first one, so it's going back too. While the customer support was one of the best I've ever seen, if the product has this much of a quality control issue then customer support quality doesn't really do much good.UPDATE 2:The seller contacted me again and told me he'd like to send me another replacement, this time for free. When it arrived, it worked perfectly! And it's still been working to this day. This has got to be the best customer service I've ever received in my life.REVIEW OF PRODUCT ITSELF:I'm extremely happy with this unit!! It's like a perfect "between" size, where it's not gigantic like the ones that roll on the floor, and it's not like the small countertop ones that do almost nothing, removing like 1 bottle cap of water every 12 hours haha. This one is small enough to be placed on a counter top, yet powerful enough to be a perfect, low audio volume replacement for a full size! It truly removes a TON of water every day! Better yet, with the included hose, I'm able to have it constantly draining into my extra sink right next to it.About the video, keep in mind that my whole house AC was running and adding half or more of the noise in the video to the mix, and that when I got close to the unit, it was louder than it is when you're not that close. Plus, all speakers and headphones are different volumes and such, so you'll NEVER get an accurate idea of how loud something is from a video. So do not use my video for that. The unit is currently in my bathroom in my master bedroom, I'm in the room on the bed with the bathroom door open and i can barely hear a tiny bit of white noise, like a quiet PC fan running a little closer to me or something. My relatives say it sounds like I have a "comfy white noise maker" on in the background when they go to my bathroom. About the humidity level I have it set to (35) and the actual humidity (50), I live in Houston, which is basically a swamp when it comes to humidity level. 90%+ humidity all the time. So getting the humidity down to 50 with only this single dehumidifier currently in my home is actually an extreme achievement for such a small and quiet unit. An extra large unit I tried placing in the same room before was only able to reach around 45 at the lowest, and that was with making the room so hot that I was dripping sweat so much from just being in there for half a minute. That one was returned since it also made non stop loud vibrating noisy racket. This one doesn't have any noisy vibrations or racket, and it doesn't make the room hot while running non stop. I plan to buy more to place in every sink in the house to lower my humidity level further!Thanks for helping so much seller! I understand completely the worry of having to replace so many of a bad batch from a manufacturer run, so you have my full support for actually going ahead and doing so, and doing so with such a golden heart!

OUTSTANDING LITTLE UNIT!! It's not an eyesore either! Works fantastic! It is digital on the top and you can run a slow fan or high fan speed. I always run it on high. (Why take your time relieving the room of humidity, right??) Unless you are going to be gone from the home? I run it on high. The water reservoir is not huge and does fill up in about 4-5 hours depending on how humid the room is....and the water is clean! As a matter of fact? I use the water to fill my dogs bowls! Saves cost on water bills as I have 3 huge dogs! Lol! Nice compact unit about 2 feet tall and about 14 or 15 inches wide. It has a carry handle built into the unit and the panel is lit up and tells you in real time the room temperature and the relative humidity. See pic! Quality built, relatively quiet...like a super quiet fan....quieter than my fan!! I am in a one level home just under 1000 sq ft. And it takes care of the humidity throughout the home! It has a heavy duty plug and cord too. I live in the high humid heat of East Carolina and when I run this and a floor fan? I don't even need to run my AC unit! You can really feel the cool difference when you come in from outside after being in the heat and humidity. The only negative is that I wish it had a larger water reservoir. It beeps when it's full and shuts off automatically. It works awesome! Fair price too! I highly recommend this dehumidifier!

Sleek looking and seems to work alright. Water container is tiny, so if you’re not around to empty it regularly it stops working. It starts out fairly quiet, but over a period of about a week or so it shows its true character and gets VERY noisy.UPDATED REVIEW: Folks, some retailers actually read reviews AND work to make good on their products...this is one of those retailers! Shortly after I posted my original review I got an email from a wonderful customer service rep Vivian. She worked with me to try to resolve the noise on my unit, but after that failed, she authorized a replacement for me. I'm still blown away about the above-and-beyond CS. The new unit is working like a charm!

I have used this unit for approximately 2+ years in a RV. (I previously had another brand for 450 sq ft space that could not keep up with the humidity).This unit is quiet, works flawlessly, and can maintain a healthy humidity level in a RV.Cannot recommend enough. :0)

I bought this product a week ago and am amazed at how well it works. It is fairly compact, designed nicely enough to blend into the background in my Living room, and is relatively quiet on the low setting. It is a bit noisier at the high setting so I set it at high when I am not at home, but low when I am home. It pulls out an incredible amount of moisture each day and I didn't even think my house was that humid to begin with. Like others noted in their reviews, the 30 pints might be mislabelled; I haven't actually measured how much water the reservoir holds, but if 1 pint = 2 cups, I feel like a full reservoir might be closer to 8 cups at most. If I leave it on high, after about 8 hours, the reservoir is completely full. I am extremely happy with this product and will be recommending it to all of my friends.

UPDATED REVIEW:At first, the dehumidifier was great. Worked well, helped with my basement, was easy to setup and operate. I was happy. Then it stopped working correctly after about 9 months of intermittent use. I took a video and posted my review here. I obviously wasn't happy with what had happened.However, a little while after posting my review, the Inofia customer service team contacted me and offered a replacement or refund. I had already purchased a different dehumidifier to replace it, so I took the refund. When the dehumidifier works correctly, it does its job well for a good price. And if you have problems, the customer service will reach out and set it right. It's a very safe purchase because they will back you up if anything happens.
