I like its accurate height, usually 12 inch mattress comes out to be 10-11 inches max but this one is fully sized as mentioned in the description which is good. It took some time to fluff up completely. It’s medium firm. Very easy to use, just open it and unroll on flat surface. No spring noise no bad odor. Overall it’s a good experience. Worth the money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was my first time buying a mattress in a box, and I was honestly a little worried because I had heard they can have a strong odor when you open them. I was pleasantly surprised that this one had absolutely no smell at all. It expanded very quickly and looks great. It’s comfortable, provides excellent support, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

So I have given it four stars as of right now, but I’ve only slept on it for one night and I plan to hopefully update this review periodically so that it’s as thorough and helpful as possible. Hopefully I make someone else’s online mattress shopping experience easier than my own lol. So, the bed arrived the day it was promised (which I think is more based on amazon than the manufacturer). It was very heavy, though I got a Queen. It was scary to open it because I thought I might get slapped in the face, but no one was injured in the process. Butttt it did open upside down so that was a fun thing for my sister and I to have to flip around. I didn’t measure it, but it does look like it opened to full-size pretty instantly. Overall it looks and feels like a very high quality mattress. Now for the important parts. I would say this mattress is definitely a little more on the firm side. I wanted something a little more firm, but this is pretty dense. Just about as dense as a traditional spring mattress. However, I am 4’10 and 140 pounds so I’m a little bean of a person on this mattress and know that can affect how firm I feel it. However, my more heavy set family members also said it felt a bit on the firm side. Though! That is not to say it isn’t comfortable, because it is, but it’s not gonna be that squishy soft sink into your bed feel that comes with a soft maybe memory foam type mattress, which is what I didn’t want. This has great edge support! I initially wanted a pillow top mattress, but due to the intense volume of high reviews on here I decided to go with this one. So, both the pillow tops that I have felt and this mattress all have springs for that bouncy feel of a traditional mattress (very good for adult activity, or romping lol) and a top layer of cushiony material for added softness and comfort. This mattress is not a pillow top but rather a fabric top or whatever they call it and the difference is pretty much just what it sounds like. A pillow top feels like sleeping on top of, well, a bunch of pillows. It has that plushy, fluffy texture of a pillow. The best way I can describe the fabric top is as if someone layered a few comforters or blankets on top and sewed them in. It’s not like you can feel springs or anything, it’s just that sort of texture. It definitely feels dense like thread rather than airy like the fluff material of a pillow. In conclusion, I still like this mattress very much and think it’s great quality. I will update to see if there is any improvement on my quality of sleep or back pain, it’s too early to tell right now. The firmness is something I can overlook and hopefully it will soften over the course of time and use, but if I ever do decide I want significantly more softness I think a topper would do just fine to adjust that. I will also update y’all after my boyfriend stays over to tell if it performs well for couple sleep and romping!

I've been very happy with this mattress. It feels comfortable and supportive, and the quality is better than I expected for the price. It provides good support around the edges and doesn't feel like it sags. I've been sleeping better since I started using it and wake up feeling more rested. Overall, it's a great value and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, supportive mattress.

I’ve had the twin size 12” mattress since 2022 now and it’s still the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had. I always had back and hip pain with my other mattresses (I tried 3 others before this one). I’ve not had any pain since getting this mattress. I absolutely love it!

Comfortable mattress with good support. It feels well made and is a great value for the price. I’ve been sleeping better and wake up feeling refreshed.

Update review- 2 months in: Well i've added a star as this mattress has been a dream. I wake up without any back pain and the profoundly wonderful desire to stay in bed! I recommend this mattress folks. Will it last 10 yrs? We'll see, but so far I have been soooo pleased. First review: Though I Found this mattress to be Soooo comfortable! I am still uncertain about it's sustainable quality after 2 weeks. Hence the 4 star rating. I bought this with all my fingers and toes crossed; who ever heard of a decent mattress delivered in a roll for 300 bucks! Well I must say that it has been very comfortable for the last 14 nights. I had developing back pain from a S--ly Postur---ic hybrid mattress that lasted me 11 years. I wish my body type also lasted that long but weight gain changed significantly as I retired and the bed gave up it's life (289lbs-uugh). Would this cheapo hybrid standup ? SO FAR YES. It is deceptively soft and yet very supportive thus far. My back pain is lessening to almost nil. My sleep is far more restful and I wakeup feeling refreshed...I know, who'd a thunk it.! My biggest problem is getting my old mattress removed, a long story! So is it worth it? I have to agree with many reviews and say unequivocally yes. Even If I get 2-3 years worth I saved I think. Delivery and setup were awkward for this single 71 yo male but doable, my old box spring support it fine. It didn't attack me when opening as others have noted and I had to sleep on it 12 hrs after opening which seemed to be fine. There was no odor, no bugs, excellent quality as far as I can determine. So I do recommend if $ is a problem. In a few months before 101day return guarantee draws near I'll post an update. Happy mattress hunting UPDATE 1/4/'21:10 months in and nothing negative to say. Ir has become even more comfortable lf thats possible! One of those rare great purchases indeed.

ETA (#2) 2/23/22: I am increasing my stars to 3 because their customer service has been very responsive. They reached out again, and although I'm past the risk free trial, they did refund me $100 to put towards a mattress topper. In my opinion, they weren't required to do anything at that point, so I will say that I'm appreciative of this. I still wouldn't recommend this mattress, the company, however, has been decent to work with. ETA 2/21/22: Contacted the company and while they were responsive, they were not helpful. Once I sent the photos they requested, their solution was to tell me to rotate the bed and sleep in a different position. Like, I'm supposed to just change how I sleep?? So much for their "guarantee" that the bed won't sag. I bought this mattress based on the excellent reviews. We replaced a 15 year old spring mattress that was giving us a lot of pain. When we initially got this, we were thrilled. All the pain was gone and the sleep was great. But after only 3 months of use, the bed is clearly showing signs of grooves where my husband and I sleep. You can see the grooves clearly in the photos and that's just after only 3 months!! I am now waking up with even more back and neck pain than I did with my 15 year old spring mattress. I'm only 130lbs and my husband is 180lbs so it's not like we're huge people that are causing the bed to become misshapen. I'm so disappointed. We are also just past the 101 day risk free trial (like, by just a few days). I just bought an extra firm mattress topper so hopefully that will help. But I would definitely not recommend this mattress to anyone.
