nice, but not as cozy as Bundle Me
I went back and forth on my decision about a new stroller blanket, so thought I'd share a comparison in case anyone else is trying to choose between the JJ Cole and this one. The pros of the Nomie are that it is indeed very soft and cozy, looks great and seems like it would be easy to clean, and seems well-made. But ultimately, next to the JJ Cole Urban Bundle Me, it's a bit thin -- probably fine for a climate warmer than the chilly Northeast! While I haven't been too impressed with the quality of the JJ Cole (had to re-sew a strap already), the blanket itself is so thick and soft I'm a tiny bit jealous of my daughter for being able to fit in it :)As for length, my daughter is average height for her age (2.5), and I didn't notice an appreciable difference between her fitting in the JJ Cole and this one -- in fact, I think she'll be able to fit into the Bundle Me for another year if it holds up.Anyway, if I could afford it I'd probably keep this product for the coming spring, when the Bundle Me will be too warm!

The fleece looked like it had been washed a few times when I ...
My son is quite tall for his age (he is 18 mos and 36" tall) so this cozy was really our only choice. I'm hoping it will last through the winter and early spring before he is too tall for it.The fleece lining is very thin but my son still stays warm (we stopped taking him for walks when the temperature got below 35 degrees F). The fleece looked like it had been washed a few times when I took the cozy out of the package, but maybe that is just the kind of fleece it is. The color of the outer part is definitely NOT black, more like a dark gray. The zipper seems a bit flimsy and each time I use it I feel like I need to be careful, which is not always easy with a wiggling toddler underneath! The elastic on the back does an OK job of holding the top part onto the stroller but it still sinks down when I put my son into it (we have a Britax B-Agile stroller).

Cozy toddler, happy mommy!
I love my Nomie Baby Cozy Stroller Blanket, and so does my 19 month old lady!It gives you more piece of mind when bundling up for a chilly winter walk knowing that your baby is cuddled from back to front. I like that it goes underneath the straps and has the strap come through it so that there's no gap for chilly winter air to come through when on a walk or jog. The zippers are nice for easy bundling / unbundling of your little one, and the fleece is super soft and warm.I got the toddler size, which seems long enough to fit a 5 year old (who probably wouldn't be in a stroller anymore anyways), so I feel that it could outlast even the most lanky (or chubby) child. The pocket on the front is a nice addition to the blanket that a lot of other stroller blankets don't have. It's big enough for keys, a paci, or even a diaper…most excellent.Haven't washed this yet, but see no reason that it wouldn't hold up well in the washer and dryer-it seems very well made, and very quality. The installation is a snap and can be done or undone in under a minute flat--even with a screaming toddler clawing at your leg :)Awesome buy. Im quite pleased and would get this again, or give it as a gift without hesitation!

OK but not great
I bought this after returning a 7AM 212 with a broken zipper that lasted 4 months. So I definitely appreciated the lower price. As some have mentioned, the downside of this blanket is that it doesn't come up that far on the child so that the shoulder area is exposed. So it is necessary to put jacket on before using this. It's so loose at the top that even when zippered all the way up, my son would simply kick his legs out of it so we'd be walking around nyc with his exposed legs out in the cold. If you child is a bit older and is not going to resist being under a blanket, this is fine for a not too cold day (with a jacket). But if you need to be able to zip up a toddler or infant and expect them not to be able to get the blanket off, this is not for you.

Great quality, fits toddlers too! A little long for some.
I have 2 of these. I use them on my 2 and 4 year olds. I bought these 9 months ago, used them almost daily in Kansas winter. And I will be using them this winter too!! I walk one of my kids to and from school and was worried about the cold and high winds here. They did the trick!! They fit my toddlers and they can pull them up around their face on windy days!! I have 4 dubble strollers lol! Different ones depending on the place I am headed mall, walk, jog, ect. And... The only down side is strollers with smaller wheels it tends to drag. So I would fold the extra length into the front Velcro part (kinda folding that part inside out) and my kids where okay with that. They even liked it that way! Because they could put their feet it with it. With my jogging strollers that was never a problem. Over all they do the job, look nice, wash well, and fit in length! Good buy!!

Poor construction. Barely used and zipper is already broken
The Nomie Baby Toddler Cozy is a good idea. Like most folks, I purchased it to keep my toddler warm and toasty in his stroller while commuting in the winter. I thought it would be warmer and more secure than a blanket. The Toddler Cozy is essentially a mini sleeping bag which does the job of keeping the little ones wrapped up on those cold days. The cozy is a bit too big for my Jeep stroller and in some instances rubbed against the front wheels; this was annoying but not a deal breaker. We use the Nomie Baby Toddler Cozy about an hour a day. My toddler is a pretty good traveler and essentially the Cozy serves as a blanket with zippers. That is of course until the zipper breaks. Already. In under two months of use and it hasn't even seen the washing machine yet. Seriously? How difficult is it to make a functional zipper? Now I have to find a new zipper etc. As if commuting with a toddler weren't hassle enough. If it broke with our light use, I doubt it will sustain more serious strain or even the washing machine. For that reason I advise anyone planning on getting a lot of use out of this product to investigate other options. Who has time to waste on shoddy construction? Good concept but poor production.
