Many moons ago, I ordered these lingerie tapes and loved them so much that after all this time - I’ve decided to repurchase them despite countless others on the market. I absolutely adored the nifty idea of the tin can, which was discreet, convenient and with an air of classy elegance. They worked as promised and were absolutely sticky. I’ve tested them on bras as well as on delicate fabrics, the tapes seemed to work well with no damage to report. They’re quite pricey but since I’ve barely used them as much, they’ve lasted me eons. This was my second order after years, so in a way - they’re worth their price. One thing though, they’re tiny and therefore easy to misplace them. Hence why I’ve ordered two in this order, just to have them around in case one goes missing.

PROS:(1) STRONG: This tape is amazingly strong considering that it doesn't leave any sticky residue. Even shirts that are small and pull open between the buttons are held secure for the entire day. The tape does not dry out throughout the day--its been my experience that once its placed, your shirt never pops open between the buttons. Would highly recommend for this reason; most fashion tapes I have previously purchased did not prove strong enough to hold tight button down shirts closed.(2) FABRICS: This tape appears to work really well with all fabrics--I primarily use it on tight button-down shirts that are made of 100% cotton, a blend of cotton/spandex, and polyester. I have also used it on dry clean only materials without any issues.(2) NO STICKY RESIDUE: The tape does not leave a stick residue on clothing once its pealed off. I even forget to remove it before placing my shirts in the wash/dryer and it doesn't melt onto the shirt; I have no problem pealing it off after it has gone through the washer and dryer.(2) PERFECT SIZE: These strips are 3 inches in length and 1/2 inch wide. The tape is very thin. I find that one strip fits perfectly between buttons on a button-down shirt.(3) TRANSPARENT: The tape is transparent so you don't have to worry about it showing on a white shirt.(4) CASE: The compact metal case permits the product to be very portable. Fits easily in a purse or backpack. The case also makes it easy protects the tape from being damaged in an office desk. Thus, I find I have an easy time making sure the tape is always available if I need to change into a button-down shirt and suit at the office.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *CONS:(1) PRICE: Since I use two strips per day to hold a button-down shirt closed, its slightly expensive (i.e., about $0.35). However, I think one strip would be more than sufficient if you are only concerned with holding the shirt closed across the chest, which is where shirts typically gap. However, I cut the second strip into small pieces and place it between the other buttons on my shirt, so that I can ensure that I am not exposed. Either way, the cost is well worth the piece of mind that comes with knowing that your shirt is being held securely shut.* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *OVERALL: For someone that has to wear business attire and wants to keep their button-down from gapping, this is a PERFECT product. This tape is even strong enough to hold tight button-downs closed, and does not leave any sticky residue on clothing.

I buy these often because they work. Once I secure my clothing with them, they rarely come undone. If so, it’s usually user error on my party.

I had a shirt dress I was planning to wear to an event, but it was gaping a bit in the chest area, so I ordered this in hopes it would help avoid people being able to see my boobs all night. For that original purpose, I think it worked really well. It was easy to put on, and it stayed put all night. Since I had it, I thought I might also try to use it a little further down the dress where it wasn't gaping as badly, but I figured since I had the tape, why not give it a try. Well, I guess because it was down near my legs and I was walking and sitting a lot, it did not hold well. Not only that, it ended up doubling up on itself and left me with this weird looking spot on my dress (not really a spot, just the tape). I alternated with trying to get the gap to remain shut (so you couldn't see the tape) or trying to peel it off without anyone noticing. I made it through the event, but won't try it for that use again.

Purchased another brand at local retailer and had to return. This product is amazing and holds garments in place!

This works awesome!!!!Works great for my daughter’s sensitive skin (she has eczema).You can see in the split picture where I placed the tapes at the back of the Infinity Dress, (marked with black lines) which is a dress that has multiple “configurations” by “tying & wrapping it in different ways. So you see how this tape is essential for this type of dress. I placed the tapes skin to fabric contact & fabric to fabric contact and both held well after a night of wild party games! As you can see on the 2nd picture, she was riding piggy back style and all tapes held & stayed in place, she was sweating too.I followed the advice of one of the reviewers by using a blow dryer in a medium setting to “set” the tapes. Basically after you placed all the tapes in desired location, you use a blow dryer in warm setting and blow dry those areas for a few seconds. I’d say about 30 seconds per area.They were fairly easy to remove and yet they are still very sticky at the time of removal. And did not cause any allergic reaction on her sensitive skin and did NOT damage the shiny silky (or is it satin? I’m not sure) fabric at all. It did not leave any residue on the fabric.I am very pleased with this purchased.

I had high hopes for this tape, and it does work okay. I find myself having to push the garment back down on the tape frequently though, it’s almost like there’s not enough stickiness on it. And I am definitely making sure not to touch the surface with my fingers. Oh well, better than nothing.

This stuff is clutch for all sorts of fashion issues. I mainly use it for keeping my top attached to my bra, so when I bend over the girls don't pop out. I just put this on the top edge of my bra and then tape to my top. It is also good to keep straps attached to your bra, just a multitude of uses.

*This is my husband's account, I always laugh when I see my reviews of girl type products under his name!*I use this tape so I can go without a bra! I stick these inside the foam cup insert of my choice under a relatively snug undershirt / tank top / camisole and voila! No straps, no wires, no pain! The tape sticks well to the inside of the foam bra inserts (polyester / nylon type of material?) and comes off my skin relatively easily and doesn't leave marks. I like that it sticks to the foam cup more than my skin because I usually get a few uses out of it. Note: I wear a snug tank undershirt to help everything stay in place but I'm sure it would work under loose clothing for one use with enough tape.The tape is in strips that are easy to peel and the little case they come in makes it easy to take wherever you want to go. I've been using it to stick bra inserts on blouses and t shirts so I can go bra free and it works great for that.
