Where is this product made? Does it clean as well as Brilliante which is made in USA?

I have 7 crystal chandelier's that two cost over $6,000.....I have been using this product for 20 years and it is wonderful. I put down a plastic cloth and spray my crystals and it drys perfect....I do take a clean sheet fabric and wipe clean...they all sparkle. I don't know where it is made and the 4 bottles are in my garage shelf....but, I would recommend this product to anyone..my one Chandelier is from Italy and there is never any damage from this product. does it clean floor to ceiling mirrors with no wiping afterwards?

I would expect there to be some wiping to remove streaks. For a mirror, you would probably want to use a squeegee. It will definitely do a great job of cleaning, since it cuts through accumulated dirt and grime. But for a smooth surface, based on my experience with the lights I clean (not chandelier fixtures) I bet you'll want to remove streaks.

How does this differ from regular glass cleaner like Windex?

It seems to dissolve dust and accumulated residue on crystal better than Windex does--virtually without wiping. And it seems to drip more spotlessly than a regular glass cleaner. In sum, it is a very different product for a much more specific purpose.

Is Hagerty 91320 the 32 oz. size...seems so by # ??

yes it is 32 oz. Works quite well. I am a smoker and found it needed 3 applications as it got much dirtier than usual. so maintaining will be easier as I got 3 bottles.
