Looks like this will be OK for sensitive eyes!
When you have sensitive skin and eyes, trying to find non-irritating products becomes the most important issue – even with cosmetics, while “normal” people would be far more concerned with color, ease of application, how long the product lasts before touchups, etc. Fortunately we live in a fairly small Midwestern city, and our lifestyle is such that we have a “dress-up” event maybe once every 10 days or so – and that’s the only time I wear eye makeup. I’ve always worn eye makeup as little as possible, but the last six months or so I’ve been having more and more irritation (with brands that claim to be “hypo-allergenic” and have worked in the past). Color IS a problem because I do have such light coloring (pale warm-toned skin, light brown hair, pale blue-gray eyes) that the black mascaras are just TOO MUCH. And some of the brands that my friends and chat groups on the Internet have recommended only come in black. So, I was delighted to find this in brown, though it turns out to be more of a brown/black – but still better than the “blackest black” that just is not right for me. I have worn it twice now. The first time I made the mistake of using two shades of eye shadow that I had recently bought (I had had good luck with that brand’s lipsticks and wet-or-dry powder makeup). I was OK for about two hours; then my eyes started to itch slightly. When we got home, I removed the mascara with a very gentle makeup remover that I KNOW is OK. Well, my eyelids continued to itch, but I still did not put two and two together! When I went to bed, I did wash my whole face with a gentle fragrance-free cleanser – and my eyelids did not itch any more. The next day I had to go to another dressy event, so I looked at the ingredients in the eye shadow I had used, and the first thing listed was “talc,” in both shades. Then I dug out a Physicians Formula eye shadow “quad” that I had bought some months ago, but never opened. On the package one of the first things they said was that they did not use talc in the “minimalist” formula for sensitive eyes. So I used two shades of that eye shadow and the Sensitive Eyes Eye Mascara, mascara and did not feel the need to remove any of it until I got ready for bed about 10 hours later. So, this MAY work out for me…

Great for sensitive eyes
These are good for sensitive eyes mascara, The only thing that I wish they would last longer because after a couple of months, you have to replace it with a new one because it seems to start drying up.

Navy Mascara
I was excited to find a navy mascara as it looks better than black but a little more interesting than brown. The mascara is easy to put on, doesn't flake or smudge, and is easily removed with makeup remover. Great product that I use regularly.

Does not bother my eyes, but formula is too dry and does not apply well
The good: I am able to wear this mascara all day and it does not bother my eyes. The blue is a nice navy and is very subtle. It comes off easily with my makeup remover wash. The bad: The formula is very dry. It seems like the container is empty and takes many, many, many swipes to get the application to look natural (but like I do have on a mascara) and to get the color to build. I have other sensitive eye mascaras that do not take nearly the amount of effort to put on and build enough to where it looks like I have any mascara on at all. If I want to look like I am not wearing mascara, I simply will not wear any and save myself the trouble of finding the perfect navy color. In order to get this mascara to show, I have to change my process for application to wear this brand, swiping several times then letting it dry before swiping several more times. The bottom line: I like that this mascara does not bother my eyes and is easy to remove, but I will not buy it again because the formula is too dry for my liking. I do not want to have a special application process just to have enough mascara on to enhance my lashes from their natural state.

This mascara far exceeded my expections!
I searched Amazon for a name brand mascara that I had used previously, and it displayed other mascaras that people had looked at along with the one I had searched for. This one which was about $10 less expensive, so I thought I would give it a try. The packaging and tube were very understated compared to the name brand, and I realized that I had inadvertently ordered Black/Brown instead of Black which I've always used in the past. I decided to keep it, and I was pleasantly surprised. It's just a shade lighter than black and probably looks a little more natural with my blonde hair. But the biggest surprise was how nicely it thickens my thin lashes with no clumping. Like the name brand mascara, it doesn't irritate my eyes, and it seems to stay on better than other one did, yet I can easily remove it with a tissue and water at the end of the day.

No Product Information
The first thing I noticed was the lack of information on the product, there is literally none, which I found odd and started to return it without even trying it! The tube is very small, and the applicator is cheap (think travel size, at a full size price). If your lashes are thin, you won’t get a lot of volume from it. The color (blue) was spot on, and it did not irritate my eyes. For the $$ I will stick with Thrive mascara.

Nice, Subtle Look
I was expecting a little more noticeable blue, but am pleased with this product. No clumps which is amazing & it glides on very nicely & is subtle. If you don’t have a lot of lashes already, this may not be the product for you, but It has quickly become one of my favorites. It doesn’t beat the Two Faced Better than Sex mascara in my opinion, but definitely is in the running for favorites in my book. I’d be willing to try it out another color.

Although tacky after a couple of applications, it's lovely to be able to use mascara again!

At last, a mascara which goes on well, is the right colour, doesn't clump and doesn't make my eyes sting! Highly delighted with this product and going to buy more as soon as I finish this review!

I suffer from the 'dry eye syndrome' and cannot use just any mascara. This is really good as it does not flake or crumble thus irritating the eyes. I bought it twice and will do so again soon. As soon as it dries out a bit, I add a small drop of toner (very, very small) and it lasts and lasts.

The mascara is very thin, but I actually like it that way. It has a very natural look. Came off very easily and I had no sensitivity problems. I have been using it for two days so far.

I like the product. Needed a mascara for a wedding and because i suffer from blocked tearducts and have very sensitive eyes the ones i have used before just make my eyes water. I end up looking like a panda. Would recommend this product.
