Bondi Morning Berberine Supplement - 1200mg of Berberine Per Serving - Non GMO Immune Support - 60 Capsules

I have used other brands but felt like this one was most effective. I tried these to aid with weight loss and take them a half hour or so before eating. I've had success along with some other tweaks but would recommend.

I’ve used other Berberine before, but this one has a funny taste to it. I couldn’t stomach it.

No real difference for all the things it claims it does.

I use 3 months at a time, taking a minimum one month off between and it has worked really well for regulating blood sugar levels

Seems like it works fine.

-I use berberine for kidney stones, and also for general wellness (immunity, heart health, lower blood sugar).-However, this is almost twice what I normally pay for Berberine.-This Bondi brand is 60 pills x 600mg for about $19-My normal brand (Nutrivein) is 120 pillx x 600mg for about $20.-The Nutrivein brand also has Organic Ceylon Cinnamon as an added bonus.-I'm not necessarily recommending the Nutrivein brand, I'm just suggesting it may be worth checking around before making a decision.-My only other complaint about the Bondi brand is the bottle arrived about 40% empty. We're facing a global plastics pollution crisis, as well as a recycling crisis - brands need to be smarter about packaging waste. That might help them control costs as well.

This has not only helped me control my blood sugar it also helps me curb my appetite and avoid late night snacking. I get full faster, and I realized I don't need that snack. I live with my daughter, so I never know exactly when dinner will be served, so sometimes I end up taking it right before I eat or even after I eat, and my blood sugar is still almost within range most of the time. At least I no longer have the highs and lows with it. I plan to buy more.

Before using this or any supplement be sure to check with your doctor. Using this will really change your blood glucose levels. It can also change your heartbeats. People with heart conditions should check with their doctor especially before using. This is great for people with diabetes and high cholesterol. Other people use it for severe cankersores or liver disease, but definitely consult with a physician prior to use.
