What size is standard/medium please, as chart has medium and the standard/large as sizes?

The standard/large is equivalent to a 44/42 inch chest size, I would say that the standard medium would be around the 38/40 inch chest size

what mens size is STD?

STD measures out to a 42 to a 44 inch chest, if that's of any help to you.

Is STD the standard/large fitting measurements on the chart?

I always bought the size above what my grandson measured.
