Can this really be used by a 6 year old as the description states? It looks pretty small.

Full bed is around 75x53 inches. This indoor playground is 52x49 inches. So, it should be fine. You should have enough space to play around. To make sure please double check with the measuring tape or with feet (playground is around 4.3 x 4.3 feet)

Is this play gym easy to move/slide around? Or is it best left in one spot after assembly?

It’s relatively easy to move around if you have an open area and are sliding it. If you’re looking to move it farther and around obstacles then two people could easily carry it.
