I bought these after my toddler's lip and tongue tie removal. I used it so i can keep the mouth open to massage his wounds. I like that they are sturdy and silicone however, it can be easily moved and i was always scared my child would choke on it. Just be careful with the little ones.

My two-year-old had to have a tongue tie reversed and when that happens you have to stretch out their tongue so it doesn’t reattach. These were a lifesaver for us! He was already upset and in pain in the beginning and he would bite us hard so having these were amazing.

I bought these instead of spending 7x what these cost on a device marketed as a passive stretching device for TMJ. Obviously don’t use these blocks for something other than the intended purpose without taking to your dentist/doctor, but they have helped me to get my mouth open far enough to actually eat a sandwich again. The plastic material isn’t coming apart, and even if it does…I can only use one at a time and this is a multi-pack! It’s a bargain.

I didn’t expect them to be so hard. I needed them to be firm for my grandchild’s mouth to help him brush (due to autism), but I felt they were much too hard to use.

I had some dental work done and had a very hard time opening my jaw to eat. I could only get the smallest of these in but it did help and little by little I was able to open my jaw wider.
