Nice flavour, quite filling.
I find these bars are perfect when I'm struggling to a healthy meal when I'm out and about at work. The flavour is nice and I really like them although I think some may find them tasting a little too salty. They contain a good balance of vitamins and minerals so you know you're getting a bar that meeting some of your daily intake needs all with being low in calorie content. I find them quite filling as well. Like with any change to my diet, I've combined it with different types of exercise to maximize my health benefits.

Tasty alternative to the shakes
I’ve done slim fast a few times over the years and it always works. These meal replacement bars are very tasty.I tend to have a shake for breakfast and one of these bars for lunch. I’m a glutton for eating for the sake of it, but for some reason Slim Fast seems to just kerb my need to constantly eat. I’m assuming the vitamins are giving all my body needs so my cravings drop.I’m still eating a fairly normal evening meal, healthier rather than completely sticking with 600 calories. So far this week I’m already a few pounds down.Easy diet with no thinking or counting required. Love it. Only problem is keeping to it for months is impossible but it’s a great kickstart diet.

Worth it and lots cheaper than buying in shops
These are brilliant.They are genuinly filling and taste great, a lot nicer than the majority of none meal replacement "healthy" bars in all fairness. There can sometimes be a slight chemical tinge but nothing offensive.they actually taste like a treat food and had with a coffee could make you feel your indulging not dieting. Due to milk content I do limit them to when out at work or meeting and no chance of making a shake.Ps long way to go but already lost nearly a stone and a half with slimfast products in 6weeks. So if you struggle to portion control these are a God send as are the shakes.

Sustaining and tasty
These bars are tasty and sustaining. They are a little pricey but I find them useful as I travel a lot for work, so they make a good breakfast substitute or snack for plane.It's not clear form the description that you get 4 boxes of 4 bars (16 bars). I had to search for that.

Easy, packed full of essentials and nice to eat, without the guilt!
Great for me as tend to skip meals as so busy and thrn end up gorging later on. Pop in my bag or car and grab instead of being lazy/naughty and it does fill the gap and makes you feel good whilst doing it. Nice and tasty..

Overly sweet!
These are not disgusting but they are extremely sweet tasting! Taste like caramelised sugar! Over a £1 a bar if I’d of known I wouldn’t be willing to pay that but in the plus side they are very filling and good for on the go rather than having to take a shake out with you!

Great value
Excellent value at £1.00 a bar. Quite tasty and filling! I do however personally find this flavour gives me heartburn every time I eat one.

I would highly recommend these meal replacement bars. Very tasty and filling, not dry tasting like some I've had, I used to have a sandwich at break time at work, but would feel hungry an hour or two later. This keeps me going for the rest of my shift.
