Fast Grower!
Incredibly fast growing plant! However the plant never bloomed or made anything more than long vines coming from the seed. I had this plant placed in my fish aquarium with no luck. For the price I will try it again with hopefully more luck this time. It’s still amazing to see how fast it actually grows even if it never had a flower.

Very good quality lotus seeds it was super easy to grow.
Very good quality seeds, hope my experience helps others. Received seeds on 27th May 2020. They were prepared with the dimple side was filed and open to a perfect level. Noticed 3 seeds were filed on wrong side but I was able to open up the dimple side after 3 days of soaking in water. Received about 24 or 25 seeds all of them germinated but a couple weren’t making any progress so I discarded them. I changed water thrice every day and made sure water is not cloudy. I have used tap water but boiled water first then allowed it to cool down to 80 Fahrenheit. Warm water really helped the seed grow stronger. I made sure the seeds get at least 6 hours of sunlight, we are in southern Michigan so it wasn’t too hot but around 75 Fahrenheit.Repotting:I have bought a 16” Napa barrel planter from Home Depot. Added garden soil to 4 inches then added 4 inches of topping soil, and topped it with 2 inches of washed sand. Then added 1 inch size river pebbles on top. All this stuff can be bought from Home Depot. On day 7, I slowly filled the planter with water to avoid the water getting murky. And left the pot alone for 3 days.At 10 days All seeds had at least one small coin leaf and another leaf growing. All seeds started to have few little roots. I have shifted about 18 seeds into the planter and placed the planter where there is plenty sun.At 4 weeks we have aerial leaves, which is great and bigger roots started to form.

Half of the seeds sprouted
I planted 10 of the seeds is a jar with pond water, 5 sprouted, I transplanted to a pot in the pond and 4 are doing well. About 2 months later 6 to 8 leaves are about 8 inches across and 10 inches above the surface of the water. hopefully next year I will have flowers.

I didn't expect too much, half of the seeds germinated, not too bad.

Follow the instructions in the ad
Or look it up online. I tried 3. I did it wrong. None sprouted/all rotted. I tried 5 and 4 sprouted. Two had multiple pads then raccoons got into my tank. I'm trying 3 more for smaller containers. Will update.

MANY SPROUTED
Follow the directions and you shall be rewarded. Only one floated! Floating means not fertile.

Water temperature the key
Sooooo glad their pre scored... 8 in my nano shrimp & fish tank(3.5g) the rest in water bowl outside (it's been cloudy not very warm).. haven't sprouted yet.Temperature of water definately makes the difference... I'll have to get a roter to cut open the blue lotus I have on order.Moved bowl seeds from outside to expresso cups & put in aquarium with heater at 76f . Sprouted in less than 24hrs.Seeds in aquarium I planted have reached the top(15inches) in 2 days. Can't wait till they flower.Well their still growing.. now look likeSpaghetti. No leaves yet.My Betta so far doesn't mind.Well it's 6wks the ones in aquarium.. dead.Ones in cube still growing like spaghetti. No leaves opened yet.

very happy with the results thus far.
* pic is after only 10 days* I put in room temp water in 3 smaller jars, all but 5 didn't sprout the next day. please ensure ur jars are sterile, and u change the water every day. I'm soo impressed! I used straight up Edmonton tap water, smells chlorinated and has a bunch of other stuff in it. the left jar sprouts are smaller cuz they started off in a jar that wasn't very clean. if the seeds float, toss them, I tossed 3 and if the one end isn't ground, ur gonna hafta Google how to do it. all in all, I'm happy. money well spent. their instructions sucked, but I watched a cpl you tube videos and they're doing very well.

So far so good!
They are pre cut, so you don’t have to crack the seeds yourself. I tried 2 seeds, one didnt make it but my water was unheated and the room temperature is around 17C, the other grew immediately in my heated fish tank. I just dropped it in and left it alone.

Never sprouted a leaf.
I followed the instructions. Temp kept at 72 F , grow light 4-6 hours and nutrient drops for the water and changed when it got cloudy looking. It’s been 3 weeks. They have grown, but all crooked and never sprouted a leaf. I took one out just to show. They are getting soggy like a cooked noodle. I don’t think they are going to make it :( 34/40 germinated. I wonder if it’s because I’m in Canada with a dark winter so we don’t get much natural light... sigh

Well, what looked liked damaged wasn't
Updated to give better review. Be aware that the little leaves that sprout out are extremely fragile - so be careful when changing water. Mine area mostly (15 or so at least) germinated, and I'm getting the containers with soil and water ready to transplant them. The instructions contradict the images over when to do this - pictures show adding them to dirt when the spouts are still just emerging, and the text says after you have little roots and 2-3 small lotus leaves. I'm going to to 1/2 each way.
