It fits snugly and is easy to maintain, but the quality is not as premium as expected for the price. Here I would like to mention a few points about this product: 1. Quality: Decent, but not as durable as expected. Starts losing its waterproof effect after a few washes. 2. Fit: The elastic spandex ensures a snug and secure fit on the mattress. 3. Water Resistance: Works well initially, but after about four-five washes, it starts leaking. 4. Ease of Maintenance: Machine washable, making it easy to clean. 5. Price: A bit on the higher side for the durability it offers. Final Verdict: It’s a good option if you need a basic waterproof mattress protector, but don’t expect long-term durability. Worth it if you’re okay with replacing it after a few washes.

Very good quality. Go for it if your mattress size is 72x36. My mattress is 72x36 and thickness is only 2 inch. Before ordering, I had doubt whether the cover will fit loosely on my 2 inch mattress. But it is fitting well, but there is wide side cover margin of 7.5 inch because my mattress is 2 inch thick. See attached pics. I bought it to protect my new expensive 2 inch latex mattress from bed bug infestation. Usually bedbugs hide in corners and side of mattress. So I bought this cover to prevent bedbug problem on mattress. Hope it serves that purpose. Top material is cotton and it is like micro fibre towel. I chose blue cover because I was thinking to put this cover on double duty of protecting mattress and also serving as a bed sheet. The top material is soft and comfortable enough to sleep on. But now I think it is not recommended to substitute it as bed sheet because staining the cover with daily use will required washing. Frequent washing may deteriorate the inner water proofing material. So, it is better to use a bed sheet on top of this cover. Look for other color for cheaper price if you don't want any particular color. If you buy it, don't forget to read washing instruction label. There is big, ugly label on the side.
