I swear these make a difference in my sleep
Someone on tik tok recommended these and tried them out. I've been using them for over a year now. I have gone periods without using them and I notice that I am not sleeping as deeply and feel more tired the next day. They create a gooey and sticky feeling on your feet when you wake up and your feet smell like barbecue. I use a separate washrag for my feet because of this. Some of my regularly worn shoes have a slight smell because I guess my feet smell like this always. I wish I could get the same effect from type of supplement capsule because the whole gooey, smelly foot thing sucks. But it doesn't suck enough for me to stop using them. They really help with my sleep and energy levels. I cut the sticker piece in half and only use a half per foot. It's enough to keep the pad on and not as uncomfortable.

Must-have for pregnancy
Foot pads are one of those things where you either know or you don't. Despite being untested in pregnancy, and considered untested in general, I have used these nearly every single day of my pregnancy, and it would be unbearable without them. They are by far and away the remedy for swollen foot pain. I had a ginger chew once that definitely felt like too much ginger for the baby that I spit out, won't drink ginger tea, but I never feel like these foot pads are too much ginger even at week 34. This brand is particularly good because the design: the pads are big enough that I can wear them without socks, so they are not too hot, and more comfortable than other brands, sticking to my feet without rolling. I find that the quality makes them worth the money.

Relaxation and Rejuvenation with TEWEAE Ginger Foot Pads
Rating: โ โ โ โ โ I recently had the opportunity to try out TEWEAE Ginger Foot Pads, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in promoting relaxation and rejuvenation. These foot pads have become an essential part of my nighttime routine, helping me unwind after a long and tiring day. One of the standout features of these foot pads is the combination of pure natural bamboo vinegar and ginger powder. The aroma of ginger instantly fills the air when you open the pack, creating a soothing and calming atmosphere. The pads themselves are made of soft, comfortable material, making them easy to apply and wear overnight. Using these foot pads is a breeze. Simply peel off the protective backing and place them on the soles of your feet before going to bed. As I lay down, I could feel a gentle warming sensation spreading through my feet, which added to the overall relaxation experience. The pads effectively adhered to my skin throughout the night, ensuring continuous contact and maximizing the benefits. Upon waking up, I was pleasantly surprised to find the foot pads discolored, indicating the removal of impurities from my body. While I can't scientifically validate the detoxification claims, I can say that I felt a sense of refreshment and lightness in my feet. Additionally, the gentle aroma of ginger lingered, giving me a pleasant start to the day. Over time, I noticed a positive impact on my sleep quality. The ginger foot pads seemed to help me fall asleep faster and enjoy a more restful slumber. The anti-stress relief properties were evident, as I woke up feeling more relaxed and rejuvenated. It's important to note that individual results may vary, and these foot pads should not be considered a cure-all solution. In terms of value, the TEWEAE Ginger Foot Pads pack contains 60 pads, offering an ample supply for several months of regular use. The premium ingredients and overall effectiveness make it a worthwhile investment for those seeking a natural and holistic approach to foot and body care. Overall, I highly recommend TEWEAE Ginger Foot Pads to anyone looking to enhance their relaxation routine and experience anti-stress relief. While individual experiences may vary, I found these foot pads to be a delightful addition to my self-care regimen. Give them a try and discover the potential benefits they may offer for your well-being.

Does it work?
My job requires me to sit at a computer all day, sometimes for much longer than an eight-hour work day. Because of that, my feet often swell and are very tired by the time I go to bed. Having read some of the reviews, I decided to give these a chance, as I had done some research on the benefits of both ginger and vinegar on swelling. I will be honest and say that I only used them for about a week and a half. Part of the reason I stopped was because I found that, without anything touching my feet while I was sleeping (keeping them out from under the blankets and having them elevated on a wedge pillow) I could not keep the adhesive portion attached to my foot. Within 30 minutes of putting them on, one side would come loose, and I could restick it repeatedly while I was still awake, but once you're asleep, if it comes unstuck, then the pad is not staying on your foot, so it wasn't working as well. The other reason I stopped using them was because I just wasn't seeing any difference in the swelling in my feet. It wasn't going down any further or better during that time than it did just from my normal routine of elevating my feet and the vitamins and herbs that I'm already taking. They also really need to work on the instructions. The written instructions are all in Chinese, while the English instructions are very sparse and only have pictures. I am embarrassed to say that I didn't thoroughly review what was in the package because I was tired and stressed, so I didn't realize that there was a "two-step" process in the bag. I actually spent about 40 minutes with just the adhesive pads stuck to the bottom of my feet before I thought it through and realized that couldn't be right. So there's one wasted pair of adhesive pads, and then I had to go through the whole process of sticking them on all over again with the little teabags of ingredients. I will say that if the adhesive was better, I might try them again, as I did feel that part of the problem was that if the sachet of ingredients is not actually pressed to your foot correctly, then it certainly can't be functioning 100 percent.

Great choice for 1st time usage!
After seeing so many ads for these on various sites and getting a recommendation to try them out, I headed over to good ol' Amazon to see what was available and to get more info and testimonials. This brand was my first pick because of the ingredients, testimonials and the price. I purchased the 20 pack, arrived Prime delivery (was awesome) and used them along with a homemade ginger oil application on my ab area and thighs. Slept very deeply (light sleeper naturally) wearing for 7 hours. The removal was surprisingly easy. Just used alcohol wipes to remove the residue and glue. After the third night, a pronounced relief was felt in my two twingy spots (painful after workouts). I was moving easily through my routines. After working out, there was a slight twinge easily ignorable. I really like that I am detoxing as well and when the pads are off, my body is eliminating very regularly and rather quickly. I am seeing changes in my abdominal area as well (debloating definitely). So I am on these for the long haul. Just purchased the 60 pack and will continue with this brand. Over the next few months I look forward to more positive benefits and results. I have turned on two friends to these and they purchased right on the spot. Waiting to hear their results. Hope my testimonial moves you to add to cart!

They work!
TEWEAE Ginger Foot Pads were recommended by a very good friend. She and her daughter have been using them with great results. Per the back of the label, Benefits include: Relieving fatigue, Warm feet to improve sleep, Dispelling toxins which accumulated in the circulatory system, and more! I have insomnia and all I can say is I had the best nights sleep the first night wearing them, and per the picture, toxins were definitely released from my body onto the pads. Yes, the pads have a strange smell before you put them on, and after you take them off, but itโs not overly strong and offensive. Make sure you wash your feet before applying, and then again in the morning after removing them. Throw the used pads away. You can wear with socks or not, and I did not see any staining on my bedding. Looking forward to using these again on subsequent nights while I sleep.

Was Hopeful, but Made Me Physically Ill
I have autoimmune issues, insomnia, arthritis, chronic body pain, and was super hopeful. I tried detox foot pads about 15 years ago, back when I was young and healthy (bought from a big-box store's impulse section), and I remember the instructions were to do one foot at a time, and alternate over the course of a week, take a week break, then repeat. I also remember the pads got lighter in color over time. Fast forward to now: I fished through all the Amazon options, looking to avoid lavender (gives me migraines), and came across this one. However, when it arrived, the package has a picture of a lavender field and the "aroma infused" description talks about lavender. I tentatively opened the package, and luckily didn't smell lavender. In fact, there was barely a scent. I decided to try just one foot for the first night. Adhesive was decent for the first hour of wear, but I felt it start peeling, so I added a sock. When I woke up, there was the faint smell of charcoal, but not horrible. It peeled off easily, and I washed my foot with a hot rag. I didn't notice better sleep, but I was still optimistic! However, as I moved around my house, the charcoal "BBQ" smell got stronger, so I emptied the trash where I'd tossed the pad. The smell still didn't dissipate, and I realized it was my foot! Within the hour, I became extremely nauseous and began praying to the porcelain god. Due to my health issues, I'm very conscientious of triggers, and this was the only new thing in my (pandemic self-isolated) routine. I soaked my foot in an epsom salt bath and scrubbed with soap. My foot still smells. Maybe this does actually detox, in the form of vomiting your entire stomach contents? Not worth purging my autoimmune medication, and feeling cruddy. Won't use again. What a waste of money, and physically dangerous.

I use em for arthritis in the feet
I get great pain relief from my podiatric arthritis using these patches. I used to use another brand that was a lot cleaner but over double the price. I tired several other brands of patches from amazon and many of the chinese brands left black stains on my feet for days. It was always gross. After I tried this brand I was pretty happy using them in select spots and at about ratio of 1 for every 3 of the other patches I used. They do leave a yellowish, easily washed stain, where they sit on your skin but, its totally manageable and does not last. I am currently using these patches at about a 3 to 1 ratio in most places. They're saving me money as I use them almost every night. I use them mostly on my ankles and on the tops of my feet. With arthritis in the feet my leg muscles have moved and changed over the last 10 years. This can be incredibly painful and is the direct result of my arthritis changing the bone structure in my feet therefore changing the relationship between my legs and my sleeping and walking habits. I find that using these patches on my ankles at night, reduces the leg cramps I used to get down to basically never. Very friggin helpful. On my feet tops, I quite literally get relief from the bone issues within 10 seconds of putting the patches on. I rarely write a review for amazon products because I hate to work for free but, if my experience with foot patches can help anyone else in a similar situation, its probably at least, good kharma. You may want to try other brands along with this one but chances are they will either work or they won't. This bransd is cleaner than many others out there. I hope this review helps someone. Believe me when I say I have a LOT of experience using these kinda patches, along with a boatload of other pills, hot pads, ice packs, creams, lotions, I've probably tried 75% of em. These patches I can't live without.
