Premium quality and comfortable seating
Kohler toilet seat is very comfortable and feels premium. My toilet brand is Essco by Jaquar, and their toilet seat costs the same price even though the quality is very cheap. Buying Kohler toilet seat, I am getting premium quality for the same price.

Fasterner broke and not easy to install
I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars. Kohler was very responsive and arranged a technician to fix the toilet seat issue. Although I’m usually a DIY person, this particular installation was quite tricky to do myself. I also had to follow up with Kohler several times to get the technician visit scheduled. The product quality is good one. Overall, I am satisfied with how Kohler handled the complaint and resolved the issue. [Previous Review]The fasterner is so weak that it broke in first installation and there's no easily available fastener for this in the market. Installation is not easy as it take lots of efforts to align the hinges.

Hinge assembly missing
This has been ordering this item for second time after realizing its quality the first time. However, with this shipment Kohler hinge assembly was missing, rendering the entire product useless. The defect was identified after the return window closed. Trust is now broken and no support was extend since the complaint was raised after return window closed.

Wonderfully Engineered. Worth a Buy
Extremely Satisfied. The WC cover and seat replacement could not have been better than this. I fitted it on my SIRIUS WC. The pitch span of the bolts are adjustible. Installation guide has all the information needed to fit it on a DIY mode. The brand speaks of itself and one can value it when one looks at the lovely tightening tool provided. Such is the detailing level of product packaging. All in all, at the lightening deal it was worth a buy. Lid has soft closure mechanism.

Seat and cover won't stay up (for men)
When men come to visit and want to use the toilet, they end up dislodging the cover and I have to dismantle the seat and fit it again. This is because this model won't stay up (see video). It also doesn't fit the ceramic base perfectly - but I can live with that.
