It is slow spreading and thrives in shade or partial shade where soil is moist but well-drained. Its tri-color fronds Emerge in the spring making it a perfect companion for early bulbs. Try it with astilbe ‘pumila’ and hosta ‘elegans’ for a long season of texture contrasts. Plant 18” apart.
When received, the plant will be in seasonal condition with appropriate foliage. If shipped between November 1st and March 1st, the plant may be dormant and trimmed. Plant is fully rooted in the pot ready for immediate planting
