Sturdy and long lasting little dehumidifier-that-could
My product is 6 years old, I haven't maintained it anything like as well as it deserves, and it's still going strong. Keeps my damp basement livable and does everything I need it too. If I treated it better, it might even do more 😆. It is not super quiet, but not worse than listening to a fan run. Mine is not set up for continuous drainage, so it needs to be emptied twice a day.

Great for our needs
We bought this dehumidifier and it has been wonderful! We have a lot of sliding glass doors in our house and they let in a lot of humidity from outside, so we bought this to help, and it's amazing. Set it on Auto and let it work its magic! There's a definite difference between outside and inside now, and I no longer feel a constant need to wash my face when I'm sitting around at home. ~30lbs is a bit bulky to lug up and down the stairs (we only ordered one to see how we like it), but it's do-able and the handle is convenient. A bit rattly while running, but I put a felt circle sticker underneath it and that solved the problem instantly. My only wish is that we had ordered two! Our mailing address is an FPO, and I think it must have been too expensive to mail because they no longer ship to FPO addresses and we can't buy another now. Sad discovery. The tank is not huge, but the machine is a workhorse. If we leave it on low and empty it right before we go to bed, we have a full tank in about 8 hours. (Average humidity outside here is 67%). The more we leave it running, the longer it takes to fill, which is nice. "High" is a bit loud to sleep in the same room with, but "low" is like a two-for-one deal with a white noise machine. Drowns out the road noise, crickets, etc, so our dogs sleep more peacefully too. The drainage hose worked great, we had it drain into the shower overnight. But the tube that came with it was challenging to pull out the next day so that we could move it around the house, I'd recommend getting a screw-on hose if it's something you're going to be connecting/disconnecting often. And for those of you with littles, it does have a child-lock feature so they aren't pushing all the buttons every time they toddle by. Enjoy!

Good for price
Works great, smart features, auto settings, not the quietest running machine, if you dont mind sound.

Terrific Dehumidifier!
This is a terrific dehumidifier. In San Diego, the weather is slightly humid all year around to the point where it can get reach up to 70%+ humidity inside your pad. That is not healthy man. These after a few uses, this unit will take that humidity level down to the low 50% level. The removable container holds a lot, and the best feature of all, the container has a float device and once the float reaches a full level point, it will turn the dehumidifier off. It’s relatively quiet; it makes a low frequency white noise hum where I can easily fall asleep to it all night without it bothering me. Another great feature, it has a folding handle so you carry and move it quickly from one spot to another. Even though it rolls on small caster wheels, it will not roll across carpet easily so picking it up with the handle is very convenient; it’s a nice touch. Lastly, the cord is decently long, and there are hooks molded into the rear case so the cord can be rolled-up and stowed so it isn’t just hanging about all time in the wide open, which gives things an untidy look. I’ve used this for 6+ months and it still going strong. This unit deserves the highest rating.

Leaks and poorly designed
I read a lot of good reviews about this dehumidifier so the fact I had a bad experience was kind of surprising. We have four dehumidifiers in our home. This was one of three in our basement, its a big basement. The unit never worked properly on auto shutoff. It continually overflowed. The bobber (foam floaty that turns the unit off when the bucket is full) was free of obstructions and moved with no issues. When the unit did shut off automatically it filled the water tank so high it was impossible to spill while removing. The inside of the unit, under the bucket, was constantly wet. The tank is actually very small but takes a very long time to fill, which is odd since the others fill twice as fast and technically did not, on paper, remove the same amount of water per hour. The bucket, even when properly seated, always had issues fully seating into the unit, but I always verified it was flush on the outside. It was very difficult to remove the bucket or get a decent hold to pull it out since there is no indent to grasp. You simply have to pull it from each side until it pops out. Very poorly designed. Very (very) loud. Leaks and does not have same features of almost every humidifier I have that actually cost less but are bigger. The leaking was dangerous. Returning tomorrow after I used it for a few weeks to make sure it was the unit and not me.

Effective Dehumidifier with Convenient Wi-Fi Features
I shopped around for both new and used dehumidifiers and ultimately chose this one. The deciding factor for me was the Wi-Fi capability—since so many devices today come with an app, I figured, why not a dehumidifier? I’ve been using it for a while now, and it has already pulled two tankfuls of water from the air. There's been a noticeable drop in humidity; our gauge now shows levels consistently around 45-50%, compared to 55-60% before. So far, this unit is performing as expected and living up to its intended purpose. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in the market for a dehumidifier. Hope this helps... Update 7/3: After using the unit for a few days, it became noticeably noisier than it initially was. While it still functioned properly, the noise level—even on the "Low" setting—was excessive and disruptive. Ultimately, we decided to return the item due to the noise it generated. The unit wasn't particularly quiet when we first received it, and we may explore quieter alternatives in the future if they are available.

Great product, reliable and affordable.
Great product and it works great. In a couple of days I have been able to remove 2 gallons of water out of my home environment! Amazing. Low noice, easy to move and to empty the water container. Really recommend it to all the people who want to have a "dryer home environment". :)

Works well enogh
Bought this unit to replace out GE dehumidifier that just broke. I'm giving 3 stars because yes it works great as a dehumidifier but for starters the tank is very small and fills multiple times a day easily. Next is the hose they supply you for drainage, that's only 3ft long.... The unit basically has to be sitting on top dof my sump pump for me to use the supplies drain hose. And lastly the noise. This thing is loud. I head the fan running upstairs when it's in the basement. So overall it's a solid 3 star. It's loud and could be a little more convenient but does work well and do as it should keeping moisture down.
