Can I use these to hold my cuffs on my belt?

I've been carrying my cuffs on belt keepers for years. Takes up much less space than a cuff case, easy to get to. Never had an issue with falling off

What stops them from sliding on the belt?

Usually if your belt is the 2 1/4 it fits tight on there plus your items (weapons, duty pouches, ect) on your belt will help hold them in place.

I don’t know if they are made in USA but they are great quality and does it job and shipped over night very quickly.
