We are pleasantly surprised by this product. We tried it because of a video online and it works great on our Blackstone Griddle. The ingredients list soybean oil as the primary ingredient.

I love this whirl butter flavored oil! I’ve purchased more than want. Love cooking tenderloins in this instead of vegetable oil.

Don't buy the other brands this is the best. It's like cooking with butter without the burnt butter effect. It has a natural butter flavor Cooks light not greasy. I found out about this product when I went to a restaurant for breakfast and it was the best eggs and hash brown potatoes I ever had so I asked to talk to the chef lol. I dontknow why whirl doesn't market this to the general public and package it in a more usable size. I usually make up 6 or 8 bottles and share with friends and family. It has about 1 year shelf life. It's what you want to use if you cook alot of breakfast foods or saute fish and seafood.

I planned to use this as a butter replacement in cookies. It works great and tastes good, but I didn't do my homework. I thought this would be healthy soybean oil. It is partially hydrogenated soy bean oil. It is worse than butter for LDL, It has trans fats that raise LDL and lower HDL the good fat. Butter just has saturated fats. Why couldn't it just be flavored oil? I'm binning it.
