what all comes with this? everything shown or what Exactley?

what comes is the dress and the headpiece, not the wand.

Does the costume come with the shoes?

No, no shoes, but it is an absolutely wonderful costume! I wore it as Evillene, The Wicked Witch of the West in our production of The Wiz.

Does the headpiece make you sweat?

This is a fabric headpiece with batting filler. It will get warm, as with any hat worn, but not as warm as the vinyl molded headpiece.

How is the quality of the headpiece? Is there a need to buy a separate better quality one?

I found the headpiece to be perfect .. it was well made and matched the costume . Don't buy a separate one...I did and ended up returning it. I liked the one that came with it better!!
