My hair is naturally dark brown, but I dye it light blonde, so keeping brassiness under control is always a challenge. I also have naturally curly hair that tends to get frizzy, especially in humid weather. I've tried quite a few purple shampoos over the years, and many toned well but left my hair feeling dry and difficult to manage. This L'Oréal EverPure Purple Shampoo has been a pleasant surprise. It helps neutralize the yellow and brassy tones that can develop between salon visits while still leaving my hair feeling soft and manageable. I especially appreciate that it's sulfate-free, which helps protect my color and prevents my curls from drying out. I've noticed that my hair looks smoother with less frizz after using it, and my curls feel more defined. After just a couple of uses, my blonde looked brighter and cooler-toned. The shampoo lathers nicely, smells great, and a little goes a long way. For anyone with naturally curly, color-treated blonde hair looking for a purple shampoo that tones without sacrificing moisture, this is definitely worth trying.

Okay, so I was afraid of using something dark purple on my white hair. Decided to give this a try and was happy I did. This conditioner leaves my hair very soft and easy to untangle. It also diminishes and tones down any red or yellow tones in my gray hair. Happy with this product and price. Not too smelly and does what it claims. Highly recommend.

I have purchased this twice already. The fact that it is under $10 is unmatchable. This has a rich dark purple hue which means you'll see the result quicker. After shampooing, I'll leave it in my hair for 5-10 minutes twice a week, sometimes 20-30 minutes if I want extreme result. This works and no the purple will not transfer onto the hair. I would get compliments because people think I lighten my hair again. It is not a miracle product and you won't see result on first wash or (maybe you could if you leave it in for an hour.) This helps maintains my colored ashy blonde from turning brassy. It prolongs the color so i don't need to visit my salon every 2 months. Another plus is this a Conditioner! I have frizzy slightly textured and curly hair so a shampoo is not even an option. This really does condition and smooth my hair. You don't have to worry if this will dry out your hair- it doesn't! The scent is somewhat masculine to a men's deodorant, but it's clean fresh scent so it didn't bother. It usually last me about 3 months. So far this is the product I trust with my money and for it's job. Good job Loreal I'm impressed!

This conditioner is amazing, exceeded my expectations. I've grown out my hair over several years, very long. Down to my belly button. Was bored with my natural color and had it bleached. It looked great in the salon lighting and I was very happy. Went home and made a repair mask with a mixture of olive and avocado oil and honey to put moisture back into it. I had to wash it out with ACV shampoo since it's clarifying. I was horrified that the clarifying shampoo stripped the toner off too. From my roots to about my ears, the blonde was very warm. A goldish orange. The rest was thankfully the correct color. I immediately started searching for a purple shampoo and conditioner. I ordered a bar shampoo and this conditioner because the reviews were good and it's cheap and without a lot of chemicals. I really didn't expect much. Shampooed and conditioned my hair first and twisted my hair in a bun to let it sit. It sat in my hair probably close to a half hour before I washed it out. I honestly thought it might hardly work on the brassy roots and turn the rest of my hair purlplish. It did neither! It took probably 75% of the brass out on the first use and made the rest of my hair even lighter with zero residue! I am very impressed and happy!!! I can't wait to see how well it brings out the remaining brass with a few more uses. Thank you for a great product at an affordable price!!! Will definitely purchase again. Also made my hair very soft and smells nice.

Helps keep the yellowish, brown out of the gray. I use the shampoo and conditioner 1-2 times per week.

This conditioner is blue. At first it looks like a dark purple, but you can see the blue tone when looking closer. Once you lather it on, it is clearly blue. Rinsing is also blue. This is a problem for me as I wanted purple to neutralize the yellow brassiness in my auburn hair. Blue neutralizes red so this won’t work well for my hair. It also smells really weird lol. But overall it’s a pretty decent product. Leaves your hair very well conditioned, moisturized with no tangles. A decent size bottle which will last awhile.

Great lightening conditioner. Takes the brassiness out of my blonde highlights in the summer when sun and swimming bleach them out.
