They look great, but the sound quality isn't very good, no bass at all. Very fast shipping

These are really pretty, but in a flaky boyfriend kind of way--you know, the one you only keep around for his looks, not his brains? Yeah, that's these. The design is awesome and the blue looks great. The size is nice, too. However....The USB cable is too short, and if, like me, you're using a computer that requires not only the USB to be plugged in, but also the jack, the sound SUCKS. There is interference from the jack. It's awful. Now, it may be just that I need to tweek with my computer or that the receptacle is dirty or something...but I can't even leave them plugged in when I'm not using them. I only plug them in so my toddler can watch a show while I make dinner. Which is a bummer, because I needed these for my on-line classes.To summarize, pretty and that's it. So if you just want some pretty speakers to put on your desk and not actually use, these are great.

The sound isn't bad at all for $10 computer speakers but the USB cord was too short to reach my computer tower or my outlet so I had to move the power strip onto the table and use an outlet adapter... kind of annoying. Also the blue lights are brighter than I expected. But they are super snazzy looking!

Didn't even work for a week.

The look of these speakers I think is great, but the sound is very rough. It is almost like the cord is putting out more feed back than actual sound.

For my uses these are perfect, but be sure to read through the reviews to see if they fit your needs -- depending on your situation these may not be the right speakers for you.I am using these with my laptop, so I have no issues with the length of the cord, but you may want to be aware that there is only three feet (3') of cord between the USB plug and each speaker (there is a separate cable for each speaker, not one cable going to the left speaker and then another connecting the right speaker to the left as in some other speaker sets). If I was using a desktop with a tower below the desk, I don't know that the cord would be long enough without an extension. The headphone plug connects to the USB plug, and there's about two feet (2') of cord from the headphone plug to the USB plug. So I ended up with a bit of a jumble of cords where these connect to my USB port and headphone jack on the computer, since my USB and headphone jacks are right next to each other (see attached photo -- the one cable going off to the left and out of frame is my power cord for the laptop, but every other cord you see in the pic is from these speakers).I ended up using the included twist tie that was around the cables during shipping to cut down the clutter between the headphone plug and the USB plug.Also, if you're a total audiophile and demand top-quality sound, then you may be left disappointed by these -- but if you demand the absolute best in your computer speakers, I imagine you're looking at more high-end speakers than these anyway. But while the sound quality of these speakers aren't going to rival the sound from Bose or Beats By Dre, for $10 they do quite well. My built-in laptop speakers have had a crackle to them for ages, and now I hear music/games/movies from my computer with total clarity.Again, not an issue for me, but it's worth mentioning that these speakers have no built-in volume control. You'll be controlling that from your computer. If you want to control volume from the speakers themselves, then these are not the droids you're looking for.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.

there is not a headphone jack on these speakers " for when children play games!"

Great speakers. Sound is good and the LEDs make it look nice. Only complaint is that the cables could be a bit longer. My desktop system sits on the side of my desk and I had to get a USB and Audio extension cable to reach the speakers on my desk. An extra foot or 2 would be great.
