These are 50 mm iner hole. Most of the bars are 21-28mm. Make sure you purchace the 50 mm iner diameter rods for these weights, otherwise they become unsafe to use. Inner diameter was not mentioned in the description. Otherwise quality is OK. Rubber cuts not precise, and they were oily when recieved. However ok for the price - did not expectmore

Good..the plates give a good grip in hand to handle..and while doing other exercises without barbellthe middle whole gives a feeling of manually made ..howevevr its strong..
