Brazilian Food Kindle Edition

I was a little disappointed to find that most of these recipes are written as if you are living in Brasil. The measurements are in grams and there are some ingredients I’ll have to order online. While I may cook one of these for a special occasion, the recipes have too many ingredients (some hard to find) to make this a daily cookbook. I was hoping to find some traditional everyday recipes I could make for my boyfriend who is Brazilian.

Beat cooking book of brazilian food I saw in a long time! I am brazilian and bought this as a gift to a very special person and I was afraid of not being a good book. But its amazing! Very nice touch and excellent pictures and recipes!

Did not like kindle edition. Too hard to follow. Recipes seem very limited

It's a great book! Great quality and good recipes but definitely more focused on the regions north and Northeast of Brazil.

Absolutely love this book. I am culinary student and Brazilian and it was a present to my host family that I live with here in US. Recipes are very good and authentic.

Very nice book about not just food, but about its origin in such a rich and big country as Brazil. Very passionate and with great links and tips where to buy the most exotic ingredients, although I must say most of the recipes are actually with very easy to find ingredients, being that one of the reasons I bought this book in particular.
