This is a VERY long shoehorn with a curve at one end and a hook at the other. I have just had eye surgery and have be told not to bend. BUT... what about putting on shoes? Picking stuff from the floor? placing things on low shelves? Reaching into the bottom shelf of a cupboard? Answer: buy this shoehorn! it's metal so won't break. I remove my outdoor shoes from the lowest shel, lever my foot from an indoor shoe with the shoe horn and then, with the hooked end lift the indoor shoe onto the second shelf. I've retrieves dropped tissues, slid items to the front of a cupboard, even unhooked bags from a hook above my head. It's brilliant! if you're trying not to bend or stretch, you need one.

A bit hard on the heels

A must have after having damaged the back of my shoes over the years trying to squeeze my feet in. I've recently tried using shoe horns before but they end up breaking as they are made of platistic. These are amazing, no need to bend down into awkward positions, simply use to gently slip shoes or trainers on. Plastic shoe horns are a waste. I'll get one for my uncle for sure who has mobility issues. Worth the money.
