Great Products for Post-Joint Surgery
Iโve been taking NOW Glucosamine & Chondroitin with MSM,90 Capsules for a couple years since my knee surgery in 2012. I do not have a meniscus anymore which was removed during my surgery. Anyone else who has had their meniscus removed knows how much mobility can be lost and how much pain it can cause. Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM seem to help lubricate my knee so that itโs less sore and more mobile. I still workout however occasionally if I push my knee past itโs normal limits while on a treadmill it starts to swell resulting in severe inflammation. I cannot take regular Ibuprofen because it causes acid reflux. I have done some recent research and started taking this PurityLabs Organic Turmeric Curcumin Supplement - 1100mg, 120 Capsules, with Black Pepper Piperine and 95% Curcuminoids, Highest Potency and Best Joint Pain Relief Formula, Non-GMO & Gluten Free as an anti-inflammation aid and WOW the results mixed with the Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM are far beyond what I expected. I can go longer on the treadmill without inflammation flaring up and I donโt have to take anything else. I know for a fact the Glucoasamine and Chondroitin work well for lubrication or what I call lubrication but when I added in the natural anti-Inflammatory Turmeric it made the whole knee just feel and work better. Obviously these two products have a synergistic effect. I highly recommend if you are already taking the Glucosamine and Chondroitin you add in the Turmeric for any inflammation you may have.
