Not top of the line... But they do the trick.
I've had these mounted to my bumper for a few months now. So far, so good. They are not spotlights, and they are nothing compared to a Rigid Industries or KC light of the same style. For the cost, their worth it though.

Not a fog light.
Bought to use as a fog light, but will re-purpose them for back up lights for the F250 Truck. Nice quality and look.

Purchased these to hook up to a motorcycle for better illumination for night riding after a friend turned me onto them (had them mounted to a Jeep). For the price, they are well made and plenty bright. Take note that there is a spot light (focused beam) and a flood light (spilled, wide beam) versions. I chose the flood since I hooked it up in conjuction for use with my high beams. Turns dark into daylight! The supplied mounting materials aren't bad and it also appears that you could screw into the aluminum heatsink housing (there are threaded holes towards the top in the rear). If you are looking for a quality light for not a lot of money, I suggest looking into these!

great flood light,
work great and super bright, only problem i saw with them is the face turned yellowish very quickly after install but does not affect the light quality.
