If using standard sizes (000, 00, 0, 1, 2 and on, I would suggest a size 4. Maybe a 5 but, definitely no smaller than a 4.

I bought size 5/190cm it seems bigger than my other uniforms. will this uniform shrink a little after washing? i am 5' 9". i always buy adidas size 5.
