I have been needing a new toaster and I’m glad I got this one. The toaster very easy to use everything is labeled so if you need to reheat or defrost something it has its own buttons for it. I used the defrost setting and it works really well. I used frozen toast and it came out really fresh and warm. I really like how there are buttons for different temperature it has 6 buttons so based on how toasted you like your food you would set it to that number. It’s really easy to use and set up was super easy just plug it in and set the temperature to your preference. Another thing I really like about this toaster is that it is easy to clean up, you can just wipe it off with warm water and the toaster looks great too. There’s also a removable tray that captures crumbs I just remove it and throw the crumbs out and stick back in. The stainless steel on the sides its really shiny and looks great on my counter top.

Sometimes it can be difficult to write a review for something you use everyday and only really think about when it breaks or you need one. The toaster looks modern which fits really well with the decor of my kitchen (I'm crazy about woodgrain and black). As far as the functionality, it does everything you expect a toaster to do! The settings are tuned right so it won't burn your bread, it's easy to clean, the bread slots are wide, and using it is totally dead simple. Plug it in, put bread in, press down.. and... toast! Nothing bad to say about it. 5 Stars Overall.

I like this toaster for regular bread. Browns perfectly with each setting used. I eat a lot of bagels. Would like it if the slots were a big bigger to fit sliced bagels or Texas toast sized bread.

I've owned several toasters over the years and they all have one issue in common. A significant number of the heating elements don't heat up. I ordered this toaster as it seemed to have good basic features at a reasonable price, not really knowing how it would toast. I'd finally given up on a name brand toaster that had terribly uneven toasting and ended up throwing it out. Remarkably, this toaster toasts evenly, works quite well with the exception of a couple of elements heating up perhaps 50% but not affecting the overall toasting. For that reason, I'm actually giving it 4&1/2 stars but am pleased with the product and recommend it.

First, I was surprised it looks really good, kinda cool. The slots were a little tight on hamburger buns but did not tear it up like I’ve seen some do. I love the cancel button. It stops immediately and pops up. The outside of this toaster stays cool even while working. I dig it and recommend it.

I purchased this toaster as a replacement for my Amazon Basics toaster that ate a Pop Tart and then decided that it didn’t want to work anymore! Other users had said that this toaster would have an off-gassing smell to it and it did. I solved that by running the toaster through three cycles with nothing in it. After that, no smell! This toaster is only for bread or very skinny bagels. I wouldn’t try anything larger than potato bread in it - potato bread is pretty thick. You don’t want to toast anything on high unless you want it to be burnt. I got an email from the manufacturer advising me that the higher the sugar content in the bread, the darker the toast will be. Fair enough. I wouldn’t toast potato bread on anything past 3, maybe even somewhere between the 2 and 3 dial setting. I did like that with a Pop Tart, I could set it on 1 and then re-toast it on 1. If you’ve ever had one burnt Pop Tart, you’ve had a million, so its great to know that you don’t have to burn them with this toaster. Overall, its a great toaster for the money. I usually like Amazon Basic products but am glad that I chose this toaster this time around.

How nice- this thing sits on the counter until you need it, then it works. It doesn't have a lot of included functions you don't need that slow it down or complicate its operation. IT JUST MAKES TOAST. It opens wide enough to put half a biscuit in the slot. It toasts rapidly and evenly. The Price is right. It looks good. It replaced an expensive toaster that did bagels, and took FOREVER to do regular toast because the heating coils were so far away from the bread. It is a retro back to the simple toasters that JUST MADE TOAST RAPIDLY AND WELL, didn't try to be all things to all people.

This is an OK toaster. We needed one to replace our very old 2-slice model. It does the job. Only thing I don’t like about it is that it toasts unevenly. One side of the bread gets toasty and the other barely singed. So I have to turn the slice and let it go for a few more seconds to get it even.
