Saratoga brand lemon Balsamic vinegar is the best-tasting Lemon Balsamic vinegar that I have tried. I use it on steamed collard greens, which I eat almost daily. I have also made salad dressings with it.

Saratoga Sicilian lemon white balsamic is a staple in my pantry. Other brands don't compare, so for me it's worth the price. It zips up steamed veggies, salads, chicken, fish, and even pizza. I always order well before running out because sometimes delivery takes a long time.

I wish the lemon taste were a little stronger, but this is good. I use it as it is as a salad dressing.

I use it straight on a salad - no oil.

This is a great addition to salad dressings. It's so good I am looking for other sauces or garnishes to use it on. Try it. It is MUCH better than ordinary Balsamic, lighter and more refreshing and doesn't overwhelm a salad.
