Go with the American Standard Battery
I ordered another brand unknown cheaper battery for my in office American Standard Motion Sensor Sink. After 1 month it stopped working. I envisioned an expensive plumber visit bill but instead opted to order the Original brand only battery which had lasted at least 2-3 yrs. Well this worked immediately . No problems we know get immediate water flow . I will update and let you know how long this lasts. If I get less than 1 yr I’m converting the sink back to standard faucet with on/ on handles.

Great long lasting battery for American Standard self flush urinals that is very easy to install. You will need a specific element screw to remove the set screw from the car to access the battery.

Unsure of quality and longevity
Battery does not come in sealed package like pictured. It comes in a brown box with the battery wrapped in a paper bag. Battery also has a gray label instead of a blue label. Really unsure if product is actually new and the longevity of the battery.
