LAIWEN Hearing Amplifier 6 Channel& 12 Bands with Digital Noise Reduction and Feedback Cancellation Mini Sound Amplifier for Senior, Fit to Either Ear

I like the product with exception of a loud ring when a sound reaches a level. I would like to buy extra ear accessories to it but cannot find it on the site. I want to get more cleaning wires, more large ear buds and wish the differences for the ears was more easily marked. I use it at night while watching TV and am generally pleased. Let me know where I can buy additional accessories.

Hears the story: I’ve worn very expensive custom hearing aids for several years. I recently had to send one out for repairs and would be without it for at least a week. Unfortunately the week I was without it I was to give the eulogy at my Mothers funeral. I bought this inexpensive one from Amazon not expecting too much, I just wanted to be able to hear what I was saying while reciting the eulogy. I have to say that although the quality was obviously not comparable to the expensive ones I’m used to, I was very pleased with the sound I got out of this hearing aid. It was as comfortable as my custom one and very easy to use. I think it even uses the same size battery as my other hearing aids. Overall very pleased with the results and would recommend as an inexpensive alternative to pricey hearing aids

Had to return these for a refund. Sound quality is terrible. They make things louder but TV, Music and conversations are unintelligible. I bought one of the Laiwen B-01 in-ear amplifiers a couple of months ago and although it doesn't sound as good as a real hearing aid, I was impressed enough with it to consider upgrading to one of their "better" products. THIS is not a better product and has been a grave disappointment! I've ordered one of the B-25 amplifiers to see how it does since the B-01 has done me well.

very disappointed. I initially loved them and when they work they are great. But after a month one has quit working completely. So i wasted over a hundred dollars!

One of the instruments stopped working at 2months. Left message for seller, no reply. This hearing instrument is warrantied for one yr. and replaced for 90 days. Tried to contact seller, no reply. The return date closed on Aug 24, 2019 one month after purchase. Ordered July 23 , delivered July 26, 2019 Anyone else have this problem and how did you resolve it.

This product works well at amplification of sounds that had become nearly inaudible for me. The manufacturer went the extra mile and stood by their product outside the trial period and replaced the original order with a new hearing aid which is working well. Thank you Laiwen

I was diagnosed several years ago with moderate to severe hearing loss and told I needed hearing aids. I procrastinated and didn’t do anything about it. Finally I decided (with my wife’s help) to do something. I didn’t want to spend thousands. So I did research and decided on these. I am very impressed and am hearing many things I have not heard in years. Easy to set up and comfortable to wear. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again, in fact thinking of buying and “putting away” a second pair for when these wear out. I love them!

These amplifiers are as good as any out there and the price is extremely reasonable. Over the past several years,I have purchased others ( at more than twice the price ) and these are comparable if not better . I've not had any experience with customer service so I can not comment on that.
