This is a beautiful book! I bought it as a gift for my daughter and son-in-law who hope to travel to Australia one day. They love it.

So Disappointed - Fantastic Content, Terrible Binding
I am so disappointed. The book content is absolutely beautiful. It would have been the perfect gift. However, as some others described, when i opened the box the binding was completely separated and torn away from the book. I agree the content may be too heavy for the binding. I am ordering a replacement in hopes I receive a better put together book as many who have given reviews, have experienced. So unfortunate. :(

Very attractive book!
The cover of this book is gorgeous. It is raised up. It was my son's favorite Christmas gift from me! I would have liked more beach and less outback photos, but that is the problem with almost all books or movies about Australia.

This a beautiful book with hundreds of pages, it's really thick. Beautiful photos.

Poorly Bound/Too heavy for the spine
This book in my view appears poorly bound. The spine is too weak for the weight of the pages Mine either arrived damaged or it damaged itself whilst being handled/unpacked Whilst pictures are nice, I would not buy it again

Lovely book with beautiful photos. It is only the tip of the iceberg of the beauty of Australia. It would be great if Lonely Planet made a photo book like this for every country.

This is a fabulous book, I bought it as a 60th birthday gift for my sister, the pics are amazing and I would recomend to any one with an interest in Australia.
