I love it !!!

Didn’t last a year over a handful of uses. Plastic parts cracked leading to leaking and degraded performance.

At first I thought there were too many pieces and it looked hard to put together but after a couple of uses I got the hang of it. You do have to cut your fruit or veggies (or whatever you want to juice) in smaller pieces tho. I think overall the unit is decent. The design is a bit funky but does the job. I am not paying hundreds of dollars for a juicer and I think this one was worth the $100 or so I paid for it. I hope it lasts a while

This is a great juicer as you can see from my rating. I have had this product for over a year and juice at least once a day. it does exactly what it says its will do, it does a good job extracting juice from various fruits and veggies as advertised. The real reason I even decided to rate this product is because of there CUSTOMER SERVICE. After a year of ownership and daily use the baseline model was not extracting like it did when we first started using and we were loosing a lot of juice in the extractor side so for example when i would juice 4-5 apples i would get a full cup(8ounces) of juice in the beginning....after a year the amount dropped significantly to where4 4-5 apples would only get me about half a cup approximately 3-4 ounces. I owned the product for a 1 year and 5 days....well the warranty is 1 YEAR ONLY...but the warranty department (after several emails) replaced my AMZCHEF Slow Masticating Juicer , With a NEW AMZCHEF Slow Masticating Juicer !!! Customer service is awesome!!!

I like the juicer but the strainer frame broke months ago and the supplier will not respond to my emails and tell me how I can get replacement parts. I know they are getting my emails because I suddenly started getting promo emails from them but they have never responded to me about getting parts. I'm willing to pay for the parts but I don't know how to order.

They have a picture that clearly shows wheatgrass in this juicer. I have tried putting wheatgrass in twice and it immediately clogs. I know it is tough to juice wheatgrass, but don’t show a picture with it, when it clearly cannot handle it. Otherwise it works alright. Should have spent money on a higher quality juicer.

I bought this juicer in dec 2022. I have used the juicer almost everyday . It is a simple juicer with not a lot of complicated parts. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a slow mascililating juicer.

It’s easy to clean but that’s about it. This thing broke after the first use. It started making a loud sound and wouldn’t break down fruits. It seems like it’s stuck but we can’t figure out how. This will be returned. Back to the drawing board.
