well made very solid piece of kit. They managed to stretch the width on my new shoes and now I can wear them with no pain!

When I opened the package thought this looks a bit mickey mouse.But worked well to stretch the right side of my right shoe where my little toe was rubbing. Did the job. See another review said they had instructions there were none with my item was bit confused as both shoe lasts were exactly the same no markings showing left or right. The metal shoe horn included a waste of space not very strong looks cheap not well made. Would have given 5 Stars if these deficiencies had not occurred.

This review is based on a single use of these stretchers on some especially stubborn walking boots I'd been having trouble breaking-in as they are made from predominantly synthetic materials. The product was a bit rattley and loose when inserting into footwear, but once it had been positioned and expanded via the screw function it felt much more secure. Although my walking boots are ankle-type (and not usually recommended for a product like this), there was just sufficient play in them to insert the stretchers without difficulty or damage, though I'd be cautious about using the lengthening feature on this type of footwear. Stretching the width of my boots at the broadest point proved effective after 24 hours using only two of the "bunion" plugs where I was having the most trouble. They were a bit fiddly to insert the first time, but once I'd inserted and removed them on a couple of occasions as a test they were fine. The product was supplied with a surprisingly generous assortment of bunion and bridge attachments, a useful long stainless steel shoe horn, and a storage bag to keep all the parts together. Using the product was straightforward, though the extent to which pressure should be applied inside the footwear will need to be a matter of careful judgement to avoid damage. The instructions provided were concise and broadly comprehensible in English - something that is not always the case with products of this kind. The company also offers after-sales service (which I did not need to try) via a QR code, two email addresses, and a phone number which appears to be American. Overall, I found this product to be well-designed, effective, and excellent value for money.

Design of stretchers lacks the shape of feet only for forefront so ,must be separate 3 parts and adjustments to be genius shoe stretcher for such money charged ,this is worth 4pounds max due to incomplete design!Storage pouch great and metal horn !

Apart from the ease of use the design of this item is very good. I have a problem with most shoes in that they squeeze my small toes. The mushroom type studs that can be pressed into the stretchers provided pressure in exactly the right place on shoes to eleviate my problem.

What an amazing tool, I can't believe I haven't had one of these before. I have a wide foot, size 9, that is mostly impossible to accommodate when it comes to buying shoes or boots. Particularly problematic when buying online. To give you a better idea I buy a Clarks wide fitting where available, this usually works well for me. The product arrived as stated and was very well packaged. The shoe stretcher (SS) is a quality item; it is made of durable and quality material. The instructions were okay to a point but could be a bit more detailed and thought through when it comes to fine tweaking your requirements. Perhaps, a video? However, this did not stop me from achieving the results I needed it just took a little longer. Well I have now used the SS on most of my shoes to make them fit as if bespoke. There was no stopping me. I have brought back into use/improved the fit of several pairs of shoes, boots, trainers that were a little uncomfortable and a pair which I'd totally given up on; newish but not worn. The SS gives me a lot more confidence now when buying my future footwear online. In my opinion every household should have one of these. A warning, try to ensure you follow the instructions, proceed carefully and don't over do it in your excitement when using because you could easily damage your footwear with this powerful tool. Perhaps, take it day by day; use it, try the new fit if it needs a tweak put the SS in for another 24 hours. Very highly recommended and would buy again without hesitation.

I actually did not know about this device until recently, then I was told They've been around for decades. This one is great. I am in my 40s, and the last 5 years my feet have changed shape, giving me another half Size in length. This was becoming a problem as all the shoes and boots I bought in the last 10 years were starting to hurt my toes. Found this item, and I am able to give my sneakers and shoes new life after considering selling them all. Leave the device in for 24 to 48 hours, and I've got an extra 3 or 4mm in length , which is enough. I am sure over several stretches one could get more length, but I don't need more length , nor do I want to test the strength of my shoes. Very good quality shoe stretcher. Able to use previously unwearable but good shoes.

I have relatively large feet, and wide, making it difficult to shop for shoes. Using this product I was able to turn a size 13 golf shoe into a 13 Wide. Perfect. Get the leather spray softener as well.

Solidly constructed and very effective. I have used these on several pairs of shoes now and they do the job extremely well. I have very wide feet and using this shoe stretcher means I can wear many styles of shoe that I otherwise couldn’t have. Highly recommended.
