LANNEY Shoe Stretcher for Women & Men Wide Feet - Premium Shoe Expander Widener Stretch Length Width

So I have size 4 feet, but width wise, they're a size 6. I get size 5 shoes/boots, usually in a wide fit. I was having trouble with a couple pairs of Vans and Doc's, so I bought these stretchers. These are absolutely perfect and do the job very well. Just as a side note, when it comes to boots, I've only used these in the Dr Martens "Devon" ankle boots. They do fit, and can widen them, but you need to make sure they're pushed as far as possible when you turn the handles. I'm yet to use these in the generic style of Doc's, but I imagine they wouldn't be the best type of stretcher to use

Apart from the ease of use the design of this item is very good. I have a problem with most shoes in that they squeeze my small toes. The mushroom type studs that can be pressed into the stretchers provided pressure in exactly the right place on shoes to eleviate my problem.

This review is based on a single use of these stretchers on some especially stubborn walking boots I'd been having trouble breaking-in as they are made from predominantly synthetic materials. The product was a bit rattley and loose when inserting into footwear, but once it had been positioned and expanded via the screw function it felt much more secure. Although my walking boots are ankle-type (and not usually recommended for a product like this), there was just sufficient play in them to insert the stretchers without difficulty or damage, though I'd be cautious about using the lengthening feature on this type of footwear. Stretching the width of my boots at the broadest point proved effective after 24 hours using only two of the "bunion" plugs where I was having the most trouble. They were a bit fiddly to insert the first time, but once I'd inserted and removed them on a couple of occasions as a test they were fine. The product was supplied with a surprisingly generous assortment of bunion and bridge attachments, a useful long stainless steel shoe horn, and a storage bag to keep all the parts together. Using the product was straightforward, though the extent to which pressure should be applied inside the footwear will need to be a matter of careful judgement to avoid damage. The instructions provided were concise and broadly comprehensible in English - something that is not always the case with products of this kind. The company also offers after-sales service (which I did not need to try) via a QR code, two email addresses, and a phone number which appears to be American. Overall, I found this product to be well-designed, effective, and excellent value for money.

What an amazing tool, I can't believe I haven't had one of these before. I have a wide foot, size 9, that is mostly impossible to accommodate when it comes to buying shoes or boots. Particularly problematic when buying online. To give you a better idea I buy a Clarks wide fitting where available, this usually works well for me. The product arrived as stated and was very well packaged. The shoe stretcher (SS) is a quality item; it is made of durable and quality material. The instructions were okay to a point but could be a bit more detailed and thought through when it comes to fine tweaking your requirements. Perhaps, a video? However, this did not stop me from achieving the results I needed it just took a little longer. Well I have now used the SS on most of my shoes to make them fit as if bespoke. There was no stopping me. I have brought back into use/improved the fit of several pairs of shoes, boots, trainers that were a little uncomfortable and a pair which I'd totally given up on; newish but not worn. The SS gives me a lot more confidence now when buying my future footwear online. In my opinion every household should have one of these. A warning, try to ensure you follow the instructions, proceed carefully and don't over do it in your excitement when using because you could easily damage your footwear with this powerful tool. Perhaps, take it day by day; use it, try the new fit if it needs a tweak put the SS in for another 24 hours. Very highly recommended and would buy again without hesitation.

Good build, easy adjusting, long lasting,well worth the price, brilliant relief for those aches and pains.

Good design easy to use but holes on the main body are tight fit for the additional shaped pieces - felt like doing a puzzle to find piece that fitted. Other than that was easy to use

When I opened the package thought this looks a bit mickey mouse.But worked well to stretch the right side of my right shoe where my little toe was rubbing. Did the job. See another review said they had instructions there were none with my item was bit confused as both shoe lasts were exactly the same no markings showing left or right. The metal shoe horn included a waste of space not very strong looks cheap not well made. Would have given 5 Stars if these deficiencies had not occurred.

They are excellent and do the job. We tried another brand and they were bad.

This arrived immediately and works great. I used with the stretching spray. Very effective. It also comes with a storage bag.

These shoe stretchers work perfectly! I put a sock over the stretcher, sprayed it with shoe stretch spray, then inserted it into my tight shoes and opened it up. Left it for 3 hours focusing on the sides where they pinch. The combination of the stretcher and spray really softened and expanded the leather. My shoes fit so much better now. Great for breaking in new shoes!
