Delicious Summer Sausage
Great Summer sausage! Bought this for my son for Christmas. He had it eaten in two days. He wouldn’t share. It is his favorite. I buy him one every year. The flavor is delicious. Spice level is good.

Tasty but tiny
Delicious but tiny. Wish they had a larger one. This had great flavor and not too much fat (sometimes you get that coating in your mouth, this doesn’t do that) outter skin came off cleanly and cuts to a nice size for making up a charcuterie board. Very fresh.
