What does it mean when it says to mix 1 “part” with water?

It means equal parts of formula / water If you use 2 tbls of formula you will mix with 2 tbls of water.

What is the usual expiration date? Does it last two years?

I would use it if it has been in the freezer but if not I would not if it is 2 yrs pass expiration date.

Would this work for robin hatchlings? The fireworks last night scared away mom and baby was left behind on the ground away from any tree.

If we can survive on another mothers milk as an abandoned baby…..I’m sure this formula will work just fine for a baby bird Robin 😉
