Looks great ! However upon closer inspection does not live up to expectations. It is easily marked and scratched. Made from soft wood and lacquered this It does not appear to be Oak. unlike its description.

Some of the screws given with the product got stuck within the nut. There are no spares and once one screw/nut goes then the product becomes unsafe.As you can see from the image we purchased more screws and nuts from B&Q but I could not find ones that matched.When contacting customer services they were rude and their answer was 'speak with amazon'! All we wanted was some screws! To then have to disassemble the item, send it back to Amazon and wait for refund all because of one screw!In summary, any product such as this which costs so much and becomes useless and a safety issue for your baby all because of screws needs to be reviewed. There are plenty of better cots out there and to anyone looking at purchasing please remember, when customer service is bad it usually tells you a lot about the product and with a newborn the last thing you want to be doing is worrying and complaining about silly things!

We bought this as a surprise present for our Son and Daughter-in-law, who had a baby girl.I must say, this is a fantastic cot bed, great quality, very well made, sturdy and simple to assemble.It arrived on the specified date and was very well packaged.

Excellent quality well made and good design features. Second one we have purchased, the first one is still giving excellent service and looks good after three years of hard use.

Great cot easily made into a bed and our second child is now sleeping in it and it still looks great

I like it. Though the first one I received was faulty and the replacement had some screw issue as well...
